Systems and methods for tethering subsea Blow-Out-Preventers
A tensioning system includes a combined rope gripper and tension cylinder. A rope passes through the combined rope gripper and tension cylinder. Once the length and/or tension of the rope has been adjusted, a reel lock handle can be actuated to prevent further rotation of the reel. The combined rope gripper and tension cylinder can be actuated to hold the rope. The combined rope gripper and tension cylinder can also be actuated to reduce or prevent the release of tension in the rope.

Stabbing manifold and a connection device for use in managed pressure drilling
A connection device has a first connection body and a second connection body movable with respect to the first connection body. The connection device is configured for connecting a plurality of control lines terminating in connectors forming part of the first connection body, to corresponding control lines terminating in connectors forming part of the second connection body. The connection device is provided with a first alignment means for rough alignment of the connection bodies. The connection device further has a second alignment means for aligning the rigid holding means of one of the bodies with respect to the connectors of the other one of the bodies, at least one of the rigid holding means movable in a plane perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the first alignment means.
Versatile flying lead (VFL) termhead system
A versatile flying lead (VHL) termination head system comprises an underwater vehicle interface, an interface plate, a termination frame, and an adjuster, disposed proximate the termination frame's connection end, which is configured to provide a configurable declination angle which sets a hang-off angle of a device connected to the interface plate with respect to the underwater vehicle interface. A subsea termination head may be manufactured and assembled by obtaining a predetermined set of standardized structural building blocks that fit together to form a complete termination frame which is as described herein, using the predetermined set of standardized structural building blocks to construct a subsea termination head from the predetermined set of standardized structural building blocks substantially in parallel and connecting the underwater vehicle interface to the frame at a predetermined angle using the adjuster.

Multi-coupler connector
A connector (12) such as a multi-coupler stabplate for coupling to or decoupling from another connector (14). The connector may have a secondary release mechanism (80) that allows a seized drive to be rotated to an unlocked position independent of the connector housing moving relative to a multi-coupler plate. Integrated stop features may be provided during such secondary release. The secondary release mechanism may be mounted to the housing (56) and retained with shear pins. Orientation pin(s) (62) may be provided that cooperate with a guide slot(s) (64) for oblique and axial movement of a locking mechanism (46) during coupling/decoupling. A housing shroud (76) may be provided for cooperating with the orientation pin(s) and indicating locked/unlocked states. A stop collar (70) and push-off flange (74) may be provided for facilitating coupling/decoupling. Guide bushings (44) may be provided for facilitating alignment during coupling. One or more additional features may be provided that improve the securing/releasing function(s) of the connector.
Versatile flying lead (HFL) termhead system

Multi-bore jumper interface
A vertical multi-bore jumper. The jumper is outfitted with interfaces that include rotatable hubs accommodating perimeter bore terminations that may be rotated about a central production bore. In this manner, the multiple bores may be flexibly aligned with corresponding couplers at equipment located on the seabed. As a result, undue torque is not placed on the jumper in attempting to align multiple bores at the interfaces which may be frequently misaligned at the outset of such installations.
ROV hot-stab with integrated sensor
An ROV hot-stab device (100) comprising a hot stab body (102) having a flow bore (102A) that is adapted to receive a fluid, a housing (104) that is operatively coupled to the hot stab body (102), and at least one fluid inlet/outlet (104A/104B) defined in the housing (104). The device (100) also includes an isolation valve (103) that is at least partially positioned within the housing (104) wherein the isolation valve (103) is adapted to, when actuated, establish fluid communication between the bore (102A) of the hot stab body (102) and the at least one fluid inlet/outlet (104A/104B) and at least one sensor (114) positioned at least partially within the housing (104) wherein the sensor (114) is adapted to sense a parameter of the fluid.
