Fluid containment system and method
The fluid containment system attaches to the wellhead below the rotating control device to catch fluids. The fluid containment system provides a pan below the outlet of the body in which the rotating head assembly is secured. A curtain attaches to the fluid containment system to at least partially enclose the wellhead. The curtain directs the escaped fluids to the pan. An opening in the curtain provides an outlet for the body allowing fluids within the pipe to flow from the body. Conduits attach to outlets of the pan to transfer the fluids from the pan to a tank.

Compact managed pressure drilling system attached to rotating control device and method of maintaining pressure control
A managed Pressure Drilling manifold provides accurate back pressure control of a well head when drilling. The MPD system provides two paths for the drilling fluid to flow from the RCD to the flowline. The drilling fluid flows along an MPD path sending the drilling fluids through at least one sensor, preferably three sensors, a flow control device, and a flowmeter. The MPD system also provides a bypass path that isolates the flow control device and flowmeter while direct the drilling fluid from the RCD to the bypass to avoid the flow control device and flowmeter. The MPD system provides three valves that direct the drilling fluid in the bypass path or the MPD path.
Wellhead torque ring
A wellhead assembly includes a wellhead housing; a tubing hanger, plug, back pressure valve, two-way check valve, BOP test plug, temporary abandonment plug, or other device; and a torque ring. The wellhead housing includes an inner bore. The wellhead housing has one or more mating grooves formed on an inner wall of the wellhead housing. The tubing hanger, plug, back pressure valve, two-way check valve, BOP test plug, temporary abandonment plug, or other device is positioned within the inner bore of the wellhead housing. The torque ring is positioned within a slot formed in the tubing hanger or other device. The torque ring includes a protrusion extending beyond the tubing hanger and into the mating groove.
Rotatable wear sleeve for wellhead pressure-control device
A wear sleeve for use with a rotating control device (RCD) includes a wear insert and a retainer flange. The wear insert is formed in a tube shape with an outer profile to match an inner profile of a downstream neck of the RCD to be inserted into the downstream neck. The retainer flange extending from an outer surface of the wear insert to couple with a neck flange at an end of the downstream neck of the RCD.
WELL CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USE
The invention provides well control system for a riser. The well control system comprises a riser assembly and at least one flow meter. The at least one flow meter is configured to be mounted on the riser.
Stripper head system and method of use
A stripper head assembly for holding back pressure while stripping a work-string from pressurized well environment is disclosed. The stripper head assembly comprises a stripper head, a stripper insert, a stripper rubber, one or more retention bushing assemblies, one or more retention pins, and one or more retention apertures. The stripper head comprises an outer portion of the stripper head assembly. The stripper head comprises, from top to bottom, a top portion, a body portion, a lower neck portion and a flange base. A portion of the stripper insert fits within a portion of the stripper rubber. A portion of the stripper rubber fits within a portion of the stripper head.

Locking clamp for a rotating control device
A clamp assembly device for connecting a rotating control device bearing assembly to a main body of a rotating control device. The device includes clamp members configured to retain the bearing assembly in place on the main body, a clamp actuator for driving clamping and unclamping of the clamp members and a lock pin controlled by a lock pin actuator. The lock pin actuator is configured to lock and unlock the clamp assembly device by moving the pin between locked and unlocked positions along an axis substantially parallel with the axis of rotation of the bearing assembly.
Polished rod elevators, and related methods of use
A polished rod elevator has a top lift platform defining a polished rod passage and a mouth to laterally receive a polished rod into the polished rod passage; a plurality of linear actuators depending below the top lift platform and radially spaced from an axis of the polished rod passage to define a production tree receiving gap; and a plurality of arcuate wellhead flange mounting base plates connected to base ends of the plurality of linear actuators. Related methods of use and kits are discussed.
