ROCK ANCHOR FOUNDATION STRUCTURE SUITABLE FOR MOUNTAIN PHOTOVOLTAIC MODULE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF ROCK ANCHOR FOUNDATION STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a rock anchor foundation structure suitable for a mountain photovoltaic module and a construction method of the rock anchor foundation structure. A technical solution of the present invention is as follows: the rock anchor foundation structure comprises a drill hole drilled in a rock slope, an anchor rod module arranged in the drill hole and a photovoltaic power station module. The photovoltaic power station module is connected with the anchor rod module through a hollow connecting steel pipe; the photovoltaic power station module comprises a bracket welded on the top of the hollow connecting steel pipe, a beam mutually hinged with the top of the bracket and a photovoltaic cell panel arranged at the upper part of the beam. The rock anchor foundation structure of the present invention is suitable for the technical fields of around treatment and foundation engineering design.
CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR DEFORMABLE ANCHOR CABLE CAPABLE OF BEING PRESTRESSED
The present disclosure relates to a construction method for a deformable anchor cable capable of being prestressed. The anchor cable includes an outer sleeve, a shrinkage pipe, an inner sleeve, a steel strand, an anchor and a tray. When the anchor cable is in use, a hole is drilled first, then the anchor cable is mounted in the drilled hole, and finally a prestress is applied to the steel strand of the anchor cable. According to the construction method, the construction is convenient; the anchor cable has the characteristics of high strength and large deformation, and can be easily prestressed; and the large deformation is realized by squeezing the inner sleeve by means of the anchor, which completely overcomes the problem of breaking a cold-drawn rod during the large deformation process.
Friction rock bolt
A friction rock bolt assembly is arranged to frictionally engage an internal surface of a bore formed in rock strata. The rock bolt includes an expander mechanism having at least two radially outer wedge elements engageable by an inner wedge element. The expander mechanism is configured for symmetrical displacement of the expander elements to provide controlled enlargement by the rock bolt within the borehole for secure anchorage.
Multi-stage control negative Poisson self-expanding anchor apparatus
The present disclosure is related to a multi-stage control negative Poisson self-expanding anchor apparatus. The apparatus is constructed to solve the problem of poor effect or even failure of anchor bolts owing to insufficient force area of the bolt and easy damage of the locking section under the action of large tension in the existing technology. The anchorage section mainly comprises a plurality of circular platform bodies spaced with larger outward and smaller inward along the axial direction. The axial inner segment of the round platform body is coaxial connected with the force resistant body, and the axial outer segment of the round platform body is opened with an axial inward through the hole of the force resistant body. The axial inner part of the force resistant body is fixed on the anchorage segment.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR TEMPORARY COATING SUPPORTING AND PERMANENT BOLT SUPPORTING
Disclosed are a method and system for temporary coating supporting and permanent bolt supporting. Tunnel excavation construction operation is composed of a plurality of operation cycle units, and each of the operation cycle units includes: excavating by at least one row pitch to form a new tunnel; spraying a coating material onto a surface of the new tunnel to form a sealing coat on a surface of surrounding rock, wherein the sealing coat has an adhesive property and a sealing property both meeting preset conditions, and has a tensile strength and a toughness needed for supporting; and inserting bolts into the new tunnel to perform permanent supporting.
Method of ensuring controlled failure of rock bolt bar
Disclosed is a method of adapting a metal bar, for use as a rock bolt, to ensure that the bar will break in a predictable manner, the method including the step of removing material from the bar in a circumferential band to reduce a diameter of the bar within the band to a minor diameter thereby to provide a failure zone within which the bar will break if subjected to enough tensile load.
FRICTION STABILIZER
A friction stabilizer for supporting a rock ceiling in an underground mining environment is disclosed. The friction stabilizer has an external sheath and an internal rod. The internal rod is about 15% of the length of the external sheath. The internal rod has wedges at either end, arranged to engage with complementary wedges welded to the inside of the sheath.
Locally anchored self-drilling hollow rock bolt
A locally-anchored, self-drilling, deformable, hollow rock bolt has one or more intermediate local anchors each of which is flanked by two relatively elongateable shank segments. After grout is supplied through the hollow interior of the rock bolt while the rock bolt is in the drilled borehole, each anchor fixes the bolt to the rock mass, whereas the adjacent smooth shank segments can deform and even yield to accommodate rock fracture. The local anchors may be of relatively short extent when compared to the shank segments. One or more of the intermediate anchors could be formed by a coupler connecting adjacent bolt sections together and/or by shaping the bolt and/or by providing an external anchor. The innermost end of the rock bolt may be formed from or bear a drill bit. The drill bit can have dual functions of drilling the borehole and serving as the innermost anchor of the bolt.
Rock bolt
Rock bolt (1) comprising at least an elongated body (4), one end of which comprises at least a first external conical portion (16) extending through at least one hole (12) in at least a cylindrical expandable body (5), the hole (12) over a section of the bore hole in the axial direction comprises an internally conical part (15) intended to cooperate with the elongate member outer conical portion (16). Upon relative movement of the elongate body (4) and the expandable body (5) in one direction expands the expandable body in the radial direction. The relative axial movement between the elongated body (4) and the expandable body (5) is provided by at least one tensioning device (7). The rock bolt comprises at least one wedge device (2), which in use of the rock bolt, is connected to the expandable body (5) hole (12) and at least partially inserted between a first portion (17) and at least a second part (18). The rock bolt further comprises at least one connecting means (21).
