Crankshaft assembly, compressor and refrigeration device

A crankshaft assembly, a compressor and a refrigeration device are provided. The crankshaft assembly has an eccentric shaft component, a spindle component and a main screw oil pump. The eccentric shaft component has an eccentric cavity, and the spindle component has a first cavity communicated with the eccentric cavity. A first through-hole and a second through-hole in a first spindle are each communicated with the first cavity. An outer surface of the first spindle is provided with a first spiral oil groove connecting the first through-hole and the second through-hole. An outer surface of the main screw oil pump is provided with a second spiral oil groove along its length direction, and a spiral direction of the second spiral oil groove is opposite that of the first spiral oil groove.

Specifically, for example, a gear pump comprises an assembly including a pair of gears, a side plate sealing a side surface of the gears, and a seal block sealing tooth tips of the gears, a case housing the pump assembly, and a seal member being arranged between the side plate or the seal block and the case and along a notch portion formed in the side plate or the seal block. The seal member is wider at a portion in a position passing through a place with large pressure fluctuations than at other portions.

The pump outlet includes a main outlet plus multiple feedback passages feeding partially pressurized outlet gases to gear voids spaced from and moving toward the main outlet. The supplemental inlets and feedback passages increase both the throughput of the compressor and the amount of compression imparted to the gases.

A method for fixing rotary pistons in a rotary piston pump and a method for dismantling rotary pistons of a rotary piston pump, where the rotary piston pump has two counter-rotating rotary arranged in a pump space on drive shafts. The rotary pistons each include a seating for the drive shafts. The respective drive shaft is arranged and fixed with an end region in the seating of the respective rotary piston. A diameter of the drive shafts in the end region can be widened elastically. In an operational state, in which the rotary pistons are arranged on the respective drive shafts, a frictional connection is formed between the respective seating of the rotary piston and the end region of the respective drive shaft.

Magnetically engaged pump

A magnetically engaged pump includes a pump housing with a rotatable magnetic drive assembly, a cylindrical canister and a rotatable driven magnet assembly. This magnetic coupling is associated with a pump rotor and a laterally positioned gear wheel to define a gear pump. This magnetic coupling is alternatively associated with a pump rotor with an impeller to define a centrifugal pump. Either pump includes a stationary shaft to mount the driven magnet assembly and pump rotor. A rotatable carrier with bushings and thrust bushings coaxially supports the rotatable driven magnet assembly and pump rotor.
