SCROLL COMPRESSOR
A scroll compressor is disclosed. The scroll compressor may include an anti-rotation mechanism provided with an anti-rotation pin and an anti-rotation ring between an orbiting scroll and a scroll support member facing the orbiting scroll, and an axial thickness of the ring body portion constituting the anti-rotation ring may be larger than an axial depth of a ring insertion groove in which the anti-rotation ring is inserted. This can allow the orbiting scroll and a member facing the same to be spaced physically apart without a separate member, to secure a gap for oil to flow, such that the oil can be smoothly supplied between the orbiting scroll and the member, thereby suppressing seizure or/and friction loss between the orbiting scroll and the member.
Scroll type device having liquid cooling through idler shafts
A scroll device is disclosed having a housing, a motor having a shaft, an orbiting scroll connected to the shaft for moving the orbiting scroll, a fixed scroll mated to the orbiting scroll, an idler shaft for aligning the orbiting scroll and the fixed scroll, an inlet formed in the housing and/or the fixed scroll for receiving a cooling liquid, and a channel formed in the idler shaft for receiving the cooling liquid.
Toy fluid pumping gun
A fluid pumping device is disclosed. The fluid pumping device includes a housing having a front end and a rear end, a fluid discharge opening in the front end of the housing, a pump assembly, a crank assembly rotatably connected to the pump assembly wherein the crank assembly operates the pump assembly, and a fluid storage reservoir connected to the gear housing from which fluid is drawn into the gear housing to be pumped through the fluid discharge opening.
Method for manufacturing anti-rotation ring of scroll type compressor and anti-rotation mechanism of the scroll type compressor
In a method for manufacturing an anti-rotation ring of a scroll type compressor, wherein the anti-rotation ring is provided in an anti-rotation mechanism for preventing a movable scroll from rotation on its own axis and made of a metal, the steps of the method include drawing a steel plate into a first intermediate body having a bottomed cylindrical shape, punching the bottom of the first intermediate body thereby to make a second intermediate body and ring forming the second intermediate body.
Scroll Compressor
A scroll compressor comprises a fixed bearing seat, a scroll fixed disk, a scroll orbiting disk, and an orbiting disk bearing seat. On the orbiting disk bearing seat, there are circumferentially three first bearing bores, and on the fixed bearing seat, there are circumferentially three second bearing bores. The front end of the locating crankshaft is rotatably connected inside the first bearing bore through the first bearing, and the rear end of the locating crankshaft is rotatably connected inside the second bearing bore through the second bearing. There is a through hole on the bottom face of the second bearing bore. The rear end of the locating crankshaft passes through the second bearing and is inserted inside the through hole. In addition, the end on which the locating crankshaft passes through the second bearing is screw connected with a locking nut.
Scroll Fluid Machine
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a scroll fluid machine, the reliability of which is ensured and which can be manufactured with high productivity. The present invention provides a scroll fluid machine comprising: a stationary scroll having a spiral wrap upstanding therefrom; an orbiting scroll provided facing the stationary scroll and orbiting; a casing provided outside the orbiting scroll; a drive shaft for causing the orbiting scroll to orbit; an orbiting bearing for transmitting the rotational movement of the drive shaft to the orbiting scroll; and a plurality of rotation prevention mechanisms for preventing the orbiting scroll from rotating. The scroll fluid machine is characterized in that: the rotation prevention mechanisms have crankshafts and also have crank bearings for supporting the crankshafts; and the gap between each of the crankshafts and the corresponding one of the crank bearings is set to be greater than the gap between the drive shaft and the orbiting bearing.
Orbiting crankshaft drive pin and associated drive pin sleeve geometry
A compressor crankshaft assembly includes a crankshaft and an eccentric drive pin extending from one end of the crankshaft. The shape of the drive pin viewed into the exposed end of the drive pin is defined by the intersection of a first cylinder that is coaxial with the axis of a substantially cylindrical orbital bearing journaled and installed to receive the eccentric drive pin and a second cylinder that is coaxial with the axis of a substantially cylindrical main bearing journaled and installed to rotatably receive the crankshaft, such that the area defined by the intersecting portion is less than the area defined by either cylinder.
Scroll compressor having axial guide support
To be as lightweight and compact, for example for automotive technology, a scroll compressor further includes an axial guide that supports the movable compressor body to prevent movements in the direction parallel to a centre axis of the stationary compressor body and, in the event of movements, guides it in the direction transverse to the centre axis. A coupling prevents the movable compressor body from rotating freely. The axial guide supports a compressor body base, which carries the scroll vane, of the second compressor body against an axial support face, in that the axial support face abuts a sliding body such that it is slidable transversely to the centre axis. The sliding body is slidable transversely to the centre axis, on a carrier element that is arranged in the compressor housing.
Scroll compressor provided with an orbital disc lubrication system
The scroll compressor includes a fixed scroll; an orbiting scroll (8); a drive shaft (16); a support arrangement (5) on which is slidably mounted the orbiting scroll (8); a rotation preventing device configured to prevent rotation of the orbiting scroll (8) with respect to the fixed scroll, the rotation preventing device including orbital discs (28) respectively arranged in circular receiving holes (29) provided on the support arrangement (5), each orbital disc (28) being provided with an outer circumferential bearing surface (31) configured to cooperate with an inner circumferential bearing surface (32) provided on the respective circular receiving hole (29); and a lubrication system configured to lubricate the inner and outer circumferential bearing surfaces (32, 31) with oil supplied from an oil sump, the lubrication system including an oil reservoir (38) in which part of the oil supplied to the lubrication system is collected during operation of the scroll compressor, and a plurality of lubrication passages (41) provided on the support arrangement (5), each lubrication passage (41) including an oil outlet aperture (41.2) emerging in a bottom surface of a respective circular receiving hole (29) and an oil inlet aperture (41.1) emerging in the receiving chamber (27).
