A scroll compressor is provided. The scroll compressor includes a fixed scroll, an orbiting scroll configured to orbit with respect to the fixed scroll and including an orbiting end plate, and a main frame to which the orbiting scroll is coupled to orbit. The scroll compressor includes a compression chamber in which a refrigerant is compressed by the fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll, and a first back pressure chamber and a second back pressure chamber provided to communicate with the compression chamber. The first back pressure chamber and the compression chamber communicate with each other through a first flow path. The second back pressure chamber and the compression chamber communicate with each other through a second flow path. A different intermediate back pressure is formed in the first back pressure chamber and the second back pressure chamber.

Fluid compressor

A fluid compressor includes a case, a fixed scroll, an orbiting scroll, a motor, and at least one anti-rotation unit. The case is configured to form an external appearance thereof. The fixed scroll is fixed in the case. The orbiting scroll is engaged with the fixed scroll at one side of the fixed scroll, and performs partitioning of a compression chamber. The motor provides the orbiting scroll with drive power. The anti-rotation unit is coupled to a side surface of the orbiting scroll so as to prevent rotation of the orbiting scroll.

A scroll assembly includes an orbiting scroll and a cross ring. The orbiting scroll is configured to have a bottom plate. A plurality of bayonets and two positioning slots are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the bottom plate. The bayonets are adapted to be clamped by a chuck of a turning tool. The two positioning slots are arranged centrally symmetrically relative to the center of the orbiting scroll. Each of the positioning slots comprises two radial vertical surfaces, a circumferential vertical surface and an opening facing outwards in the radial direction. The cross ring is configured to have an annular body and two positioning pins. The lower surface of the bottom plate is slidably fitted on the upper surface of the annular body, each of the positioning pins is inserted into a corresponding positioning slot, and the positioning pins can slide back and forth relative to the positioning slot, so that the orbiting scroll can slide back and forth relative to the cross ring in the radial direction of the orbiting scroll. An annular groove adapted for being formed by turning is provided on the lower surface of the bottom plate of the orbiting scroll, and a chamfer is formed on the edge of the annular groove formed by the intersection of the circumferential vertical surface of the positioning groove and the lower surface of the bottom plate.

Disclosed herein is an apparatus that includes a first buffer circuit, a plurality of first driver circuits configured to drive the first buffer circuit, and a plurality of first switch circuits configured to supply an operation voltage to the first driver circuits, respectively. The first driver circuits are collectively arranged in a first region in a matrix, and the first switch circuits are collectively arranged in a second region different from the first region.

Co-rotating scroll compressor having first and second Oldham couplings

A compressor may include first and second scroll members, a driveshaft, first and second bearings, and first and second Oldham couplings. The scroll members define compression pockets. The first bearing may define a first rotational axis about which the first scroll member rotates. The second bearing may support the second scroll member for rotation about a second rotational axis that is offset from the first rotational axis. The first Oldham coupling may include a first body and a plurality of first keys extending from the first body. The first keys may engage slots formed in the second scroll member. The second Oldham coupling is separate and distinct from the first Oldham coupling. The second Oldham coupling may include a second body and a plurality of second keys extending from the second body. The second keys may engage slots formed in a surface that rotates about the first rotational axis.

MAIN BEARING SEAT FOR SCROLL COMPRESSOR, AND SCROLL COMPRESSOR

Disclosed are a main bearing seat for a scroll compressor, and a scroll compressor. The main bearing seat comprises substantially ring-shaped thrust parts for supporting a compressing mechanism of the scroll compressor, and a main part body provided with a bearing to support a driving shaft of the scroll compressor, wherein multiple suspension parts extending in a radial direction of the scroll compressor are provided in the thrust parts, and the suspension parts are arranged in an axial direction of the scroll compressor. The main bearing seat can adjust the stiffness of the thrust parts to better achieve stiffness matching and deformation coordination with a bottom face of a movable vortex, thereby increasing the effective contact area on a contact side of a thrust surface to achieve more uniform contact stress distribution and reduce the wear, and providing an appropriate gap on a non-contact side to facilitate lubrication

A scroll compressor may include an oil supply passage formed in a main frame. A first end of the oil supply passage may be open toward an orbiting space of the main frame and a second end may be open toward an Oldham ring. With this configuration, even if refrigerant suctioned through a refrigerant suction pipe sweeps away oil, which lubricates a sliding surface between a key and a key groove adjacent to the refrigerant suction pipe while passing through between the key and the key groove, oil may be quickly and smoothly supplied to the sliding surface. This may prevent wear between the key and the key groove so as to enhance efficiency of the compressor.

Method for manufacturing anti-rotation ring of scroll type compressor and anti-rotation mechanism of the scroll type compressor

In a method for manufacturing an anti-rotation ring of a scroll type compressor, wherein the anti-rotation ring is provided in an anti-rotation mechanism for preventing a movable scroll from rotation on its own axis and made of a metal, the steps of the method include drawing a steel plate into a first intermediate body having a bottomed cylindrical shape, punching the bottom of the first intermediate body thereby to make a second intermediate body and ring forming the second intermediate body.
