AN OIL CONTROL SOLENOID VALVE WITH BUSH ASSEMBLY FOR PRESSURE BALANCE AND A METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to an oil control solenoid valve with improved pressure balance for high pressure applications and a method of assembling thereof. More particularly, the present invention provides an oil control solenoid valve (101) with a pressure balance assembly comprising of a fixed sleeve (2) with at least one inlet and one outlet, a movable plunger (1) having two ends and at least one bush (3) and the method of assembling thereof thus providing the pressure balance at both the ends of the plunger (1).

Vibrating pump for liquids comprising a hydraulic system (2) consisting of a hydraulic head (3) with an inlet (4) and an outlet (5) for the liquid, said hydraulic head (3) is joined by the screws (21) to the electromagnetic system (1) composed of the metal frame (7) which integrates the rear bolt (8) and it is situated around the coil (6) which at its turn is located around the bushings (9, 10, 11) constituting the force chamber (12) through which the magnetic core (13) positioned between two springs (27, 28) moves in axial direction and alternative sense and said magnetic core (13) extends in the plunger (14) inside the compression chamber (15) through the leak recovery chamber (16).

The leak recovery chamber (16), which is limited by the pressure seal (17) on the right-hand side and by the sealing seals (18, 19) on the left-hand side, recovers any losses of water from the compression chamber (15) and conduct it through the conduit (20) to the inlet (4) of the compression chamber (15) which draws in and re-infuses the water from the leak recovery chamber (16) to the compression chamber.

Oil pump and balancer unit of oil pump integrated type

Oil pump and oil pump-integrated balancer device each have a pump housing formed by housing body 31 and cover member 32, pump shaft 33 having driven side helical gear 43 at which thrust force occurs when transmitting rotation force and rotating a rotor by the rotation force provided from drive side helical gear 13 that is engaged with driven side helical gear 43, first and second thrust receiving portions 47, 46 formed close to hole edges of bearing holes 32a, 31a of the cover member and the housing body, and first and second thrust limiting portions 49, 48 provided at the driven side helical gear and the pump shaft, contacting the thrust receiving portions from axis direction and limiting thrust movement of the pump shaft. With this configuration, oil pump and oil pump-integrated balancer device which are capable of securing stable support of the pump shaft are provided.

Hydraulic control apparatus and hydraulic control method

A hydraulic control apparatus is provided including: an electromagnetic valve that has an input port communicating with a supply destination unit of oil and a control port that is switched between communication and disconnection by resultant force of a hydraulic pressure of the supply destination unit and electromagnetic force; a variable displacement pump which has a suction port communicating with a supply source of the oil, an ejection port communicating with the supply destination unit, and a control chamber communicating with the control port and rotates in accordance with drive of the supply destination unit, in which an amount of the oil ejected to the supply destination unit through the ejection port changes in accordance with a pressure in the control chamber; and a control unit that controls a value of a necessary current that is caused to flow through the electromagnetic valve.

Auxiliary drive system for a pump

A vehicle engine pump assembly (100, 1000, 1100) has a gerotor pump (102), a mechanical drive (106) driven by the engine and an electrical drive (104). A controller (107) selectively engages the mechanical drive to boost pumping effort when required via a clutch.

Vibrating pump with a secondary closed circuit designed for the recovery and reinjection of the fluid that can eventually escape from the compression chamber and which, if not collected, would end up in the force chamber affecting the drive elements (springs, magnetic core) and therefore the proper functioning and useful life of the pump.

UAV fuel and lubrication system

An unmanned aerial vehicle has an internal combustion engine, and a fuel and lubrication system comprising a fuelling system for fuelling the engine and a lubrication system for delivering lubricating oil to the engine. The fuelling system comprises a fuel reservoir from which fuel can be delivered to the engine. The fuel reservoir comprises a main tank and a header tank. The lubrication system comprises an oil tank. The oil tank is accommodated internally within the main tank to provide an integrated assembly. The arrangement provides for warming of lubrication oil for the UAV engine using several available heat sources. Further, the arrangement facilitates a configuration and layout intended to minimise or negate any undesirable moments of inertia for the UAV during flight as fuel and oil is consumed.
