Aspects of the disclosure present a cooler driven by an engine turning a generator wherein the engine and the cooler are not linked by a direct drive shaft.

ENCLOSURE OF GENERATOR SET

This generator set is provided with an airflow path which has an air inlet and an air outlet and through which a cooling air flows, a power generator, an alternator which is driven by the power generator, and a radiator which is installed in the airflow path, with a cooling medium circulating between the power generator and the radiator, wherein the inflow area of the cooling airflow into the radiator is greater than the passage area of the air inlet.

Genset enclosures with low acoustic noise

An enclosure for a genset comprises a container defining an internal volume for housing the genset. The container comprises a container floor, a container roof, a pair of container sidewalls disposed parallel to a longitudinal axis of the container, and a pair of container endwalls disposed at longitudinal ends of the container. A side cap is positioned parallel to each of the pair of container sidewalls along a longitudinal length of the container, each of the side caps sealed to edges of the corresponding container sidewall so as to define an acoustic cavity therebetween.

Generator module

A generator module includes a housing arranged for mounting to a rear face of an internal combustion engine, a generator stator fixed in the housing, a generator rotor arranged radially inside of the generator stator, and a bearing arranged to support a radial inside of the generator rotor on the housing. The generator rotor may include a rotor carrier and a plurality of stacked plates secured to the rotor carrier. The bearing may be at least partially radially aligned with the plurality of stacked plates.

INTEGRATED THROTTLE - FUEL MIXER

A fuel delivery arrangement for a generator can include a throttle-mixing assembly including a mixer body defining a main port extending between an air inlet end and a mixed air-fuel outlet end and defining a fuel inlet port extending into the main port, a Venturi structure located within the main port and being configured to mix fuel received from the fuel inlet port with air received from the air inlet end and to deliver an air-fuel mixture to the air-fuel outlet, a fuel control valve assembly, mounted to the mixer body, including a first valve and a first actuator arranged to control a flow of the fuel passing through the fuel inlet port, and a throttle control valve assembly, mounted to the mixer body, including a second valve and a second actuator arranged to control a flow of the air-fuel mixture passing through the main port.

A shroud includes a first shroud that covers a first side face to which a muffler is adjacent among four side faces that an engine has, a second shroud that covers a second side face adjacent to the first side face and a third side face, and a third shroud that sections a muffler space for housing the muffler with the first shroud, the first shroud and the second shroud form an upstream side air guide path that makes cooling air flow around the engine, and the muffler space is connected to a downstream side of the upstream side air guide path.

Inverter generator

A standby generator includes a standby housing defining a cavity and an internal combustion engine. The engine includes an engine block including a cylinder comprising a piston, an engine housing at least partially covering the engine block, and a crankshaft configured to rotate about a vertical crankshaft axis in response to movement by the piston. The standby generator also includes an alternator configured to generate alternating current electrical power, a controller comprising a rectifier configured to convert the alternating current to a direct current and an inverter configured to convert the direct current to a clean alternating current electrical power, and a transfer switch configured to receive the clean alternating current electrical power from the controller and at least one of grid, solar, or battery power, and configured to supply power to an electrical load. The internal combustion engine, the alternator, and the controller are positioned within the cavity.

Electric Generator Protective Cover

An electric generator protective cover has a protective cloth cover, a set of cloth cover bracket, and a plurality of fixing feet. The cloth cover bracket includes a central block located in the center of the top and four elastic supporting rods fixed to the central block. The protective cloth cover is jacked up through the central block and the four elastic supporting rods. One end of each fixing foot is connected to an elastic supporting rod, and the other end is mounted on an upper cross bar of an electric generator bracket. The electric generator protective cover has the advantages that the protective cloth cover is arranged, which can isolate dirt such as rain, snow, mud, and sand.

Electrical generator with an electrical bus connectable to different electrical power sources and different loads

An electrical generator that is configured to simultaneously output different types of electrical power so that electrically powered components that require different types of electrical power can be simultaneously powered by the electrical generator. The electrical generator can be used at any location where electrically powered components that require different types of electrical power are utilized. Instead of or in addition to outputting different types of electrical power, the electrical generator can also be configured to output at least one type of electrical power as well as a cooling liquid for use in cooling an external heat generating component.

ENGINEERED POWER ON DEMAND

A system, module, and method for generating reliable, high quality power on demand and off-grid includes a photovoltaic array for delivering DC power; a generator having a size ranging from about 5 kW to about 30 kW, and comprising an engine powered by hydrocarbon gas filtered through a coalescing filter and comprising an extended lubrication system; an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) comprising a storage battery, the UPS being coupled to the photovoltaic array for receiving the DC power, and to the generator by a bi-directional inverter for receiving, transmitting, and qualifying DC or AC power; and an intelligent controller coupled to the UPS for controlling output of the DC or AC power to at least one air compressor capable of providing compressed air to one or more pneumatic devices.
