The air filter (3) is arranged on the throttle body (1) and connected to the inlet port (11). There is an air door (4) that can rotate in the cavity (10) to connect or block the inlet port (11) and the outlet port (12). Additionally, there is an air door driving part connected to the air door (4) and controls the rotation of the air door (4).

A throttle valve device includes a coil spring arranged in a body between a valve gear and a valve and having a spring end extending radially outward. A first guide covers an end of the coil spring and includes a first guide hook that contacts the spring end. A body hook in the body is capable of contacting a tip end part of the first guide hook. A valve gear hook in the valve gear is capable of contacting a base end part of the first guide hook. The first guide hook has a protrusion protruding toward the spring end between the tip end part and the base end part. The first guide hook is deformable by receiving the spring force at the protrusion as an effort while a fulcrum is at a contact between the first guide hook and the body hook or the valve gear hook.

A throttle device comprises a throttle body, a throttle gear, and a coil spring. The coil spring comprises an intermediate hook part, a return spring part that is wound in one direction from the intermediate hook part, and an opener spring part that is wound in the opposite direction from the intermediate hook part. A gear-side end part of the opener spring part is connected to the throttle gear. The throttle gear comprises a spring guide part that holds the inner circumferential side of the opener spring part. The throttle gear comprises an outer circumferential support part that abuts the outer circumferential side of the first turn of the opener spring part on the intermediate hook part side.

When the rotating body is rotated from the default position by the driving force, the first hook portion is engaged with one of the fixed engagement portion and the movable engagement portion, and the second hook portion is engaged with the other of the fixed engagement portion and the movable engagement portion. A throttle valve device includes a pressing portion that presses the first hook portion and/or the second hook portion to apply a pressing force toward a center of a coil portion in a coil axial direction.

A throttle valve device includes a body, a shaft, a pair of bearings, a valve, a motor, a valve gear, a coil spring, a first guide, and a second guide. At least one of the first guide and the second guide includes a circular holder that faces an end surface of the coil spring, a spring-end holding portion that outwardly protrudes from the circular holder and is configured to hold a spring end of the coil spring, a hub that is rotatably connected to the shaft, and a connecting portion that connects the hub and the circular holder. The first guide is in contact with a lever only at an end surface of the hub. The second guide is in contact with one of the pair of bearings, which is located close to the valve gear, at an end surface of the hub.

RESET MECHANISM FOR ELECTRONIC THROTTLE BODY

A reset mechanism for an electronic throttle body comprising a valve, a throttle shaft, a reset gear, an upper spring seat, a lower spring seat, and a reset spring. A support leg is installed in the reset gear. The upper spring seat, the reset spring, and the lower spring seat are sleeved outside the reset gear. Two ends of the reset spring are fixed to the upper spring seat and the lower spring seat, respectively. The upper spring seat has an upper support leg surface attached to a first side of a valve limiting block and a side of the support leg. The lower spring seat has a lower support leg surface attached to a second side of the valve limiting block and another side of the support leg.
