FUEL INJECTION CONTROL DEVICE FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
An ECU has a fuel pressure sensor that detects fuel pressure inside of a common rail. The ECU detects the fuel pressure at a predetermined frequency and calculates a drop amount of the fuel pressure in accordance with fuel injection by fuel injectors based on the detected fuel pressure. The ECU acquires a fluctuation amount of a fuel injection amount of each of the fuel injectors based on the drop amount of the fuel pressure and learns an injection characteristic of each of the fuel injectors, the injection characteristic indicating a correlation between the fuel injection amount and the fluctuation amount of the fuel injection. In a case in which a detection timing of the fuel pressure is within a fuel injection period of a predetermined fuel injector, the ECU disallows the learning of the injection characteristic using the fuel pressure detected in the fuel injection period.
Solenoid Valve Control Device
Provided is a solenoid valve control device capable of detecting a motion of a valve body in response to a drive command without adding a special circuit.
According to the present invention, a solenoid valve control device controls opening and closing of a solenoid valve in an internal combustion engine system including: a fuel pump including a plunger that that increases or decreases a volume of a pressurizing chamber by moving up and down with rotation of a pump drive cam, a solenoid valve for sucking fuel into the pressurizing chamber, and a discharge valve for discharging fuel in the pressurizing chamber; and a fuel rail (common rail) that accumulates fuel discharged by the fuel pump. The solenoid valve control device includes a control unit that determines whether or not closing of the solenoid valve has succeeded based on fuel pressure 604 of the fuel rail, or calculates a discharge amount by closing the solenoid valve based on the fuel pressure of the fuel rail.
Monitoring device for fuel injection quantity control device
A microcomputer determines a presence of an abnormality of a fuel injection quantity control device based on a comparison between a required injection quantity as a command value for the amount of a fuel injected from an injector in one engine cycle and a total monitor injection quantity as a total value of monitor injection quantities obtained from an energization time monitor value of the injector for each fuel injection in the one engine cycle. The microcomputer removes a micro-injection correction amount from the monitor injection quantity when the monitor injection quantity is below a determination value and executes a removal processing in which the removal of the micro-injection correction amount from the monitor injection quantity is not performed when the monitor injection quantity is at least the determination value. The total value of the monitor injection quantities after the removal processing is regarded as the total monitor injection quantity.
