Decoupling element for a fuel injection device

The decoupling element is for a fuel injection device, in which a low-noise configuration is implemented, and includes at least one fuel injector and a receiving borehole in a cylinder head for the fuel injector, and the decoupling element is introduced between a valve housing of the fuel injector and a wall of the receiving borehole. The decoupling element has a bowl- or cup-shaped configuration, and includes a radially outer contact area and a radially inner contact area with which the decoupling element is radially inwardly and radially outwardly placeable against the fuel injector and a shoulder of the receiving borehole. The radially inner contact area of the decoupling element has a spherically convex contact surface whose curvature has a largely constant spherical radius. The fuel injection device is particularly suited for the direct injection of fuel into a combustion chamber of a mixture-compressing spark ignition internal combustion engine.

In a valve apparatus, a housing includes a plurality of through holes through which a fluid flows. A first valve member opens and closes a first through hole. A second valve member opens and closes at least one second through hole. A fixed core does not move relative to the housing. A coil forms magnetic field. A first movable core moves integrally with the first valve member. When the coil forms the magnetic field, a magnetic attractive force is generated between the first movable core and the fixed core. A second movable core moves integrally with the second valve member. When the coil forms the magnetic field, a magnetic attractive force is generated between the second movable core and the fixed core. A magnetic constriction portion is provided between the fixed core and the first movable core. The second through hole is opened after the first through hole is opened.

FLUID VALVE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SUPPLY OF FLUID

A fluid valve which has a first valve assembly, having a valve needle, and an electromagnetic actuating device is disclosed. The electromagnetic actuating device has an armature, which is coupled to the valve needle, and a pole piece. The armature has on an armature stop side which is opposite the pole piece an armature stop surface, and the pole piece has on a pole piece stop side which is opposite the armature a pole piece stop surface. For advantageous refinement, it is proposed that the first valve assembly has a deformable first ring element and a deformable second ring element, wherein, in a view along the longitudinal central axis, an inner contour of the first ring element extends outside an outer contour of the second ring element. The invention also relates to a method for controlling the supply of fluid by means of a fluid valve according to the invention.

Fuel injection valve

The disclosure relates to a fuel injection valve that includes a valve needle, a closing spring applying a spring force to the valve needle, which spring force loads the valve needle in the direction of a closing position, and an actuator assembly. A coil of the actuator assembly produces a magnetic force on a magnet armature of the actuator assembly such that, as the magnet armature travels toward a pole piece of the actuator assembly, the magnet armature covers an idle stroke to a stop element of the valve needle and then carries the valve needle toward the pole piece. A spring constant of the closing spring and the magnetic force are matched such that the magnitude of the resultant force of the spring force and the magnetic force decreases with increasing distance of the valve needle from the closing position and remains the same with increasing the distance.

Multipart insulating element, in particular for a fuel injection device

An insulating element for a fuel injection apparatus is notable in particular for the fact that a low-noise design is achieved. The fuel injection apparatus encompasses at least one fuel injection valve and one receiving bore in a cylinder head for the fuel injection valve, and the insulating element between a valve housing of the fuel injection valve and a wall of the receiving bore. The insulating element possesses an inner insulating ring that is present in encapsulated fashion between an outer ring and an inner ring. The outer ring is directed toward the fuel injection valve and the inner ring is directed toward the wall of the receiving bore, so that corresponding abutment of these components occurs with the insulating element in the installed state. The fuel injection apparatus is suitable in particular for direct injection of fuel into a combustion chamber of a mixture-compressing spark-ignited internal combustion engine.

A valve (or fuel injector), which provides that the valve-seat member exhibits high structural strength and fatigue strength under vibratory stresses, includes an excitable actuator for actuating a valve-closing member which, with a valve-seat face on the valve-seat member, forms a sealing seat, and injection openings which are downstream of the valve-seat face, the injection openings being in a center area of the valve-seat member projecting outwardly dome-like in the injection direction. The dome-like center area has a curved outer contour, the curvature in a radially inner section having a larger radius than the radius of the curvature in a radially outer section of the dome, which ends radially outside the mouth areas of all injection openings, in a recessed depression, that is followed radially outwardly by an axially projecting edge area of the valve-seat member. The fuel injector directly injects fuel into a combustion chamber of an engine.
