CHARGE FORMING DEVICE WITH TAMPER RESISTANT ADJUSTABLE VALVE
A carburetor with a body with a cavity in which an adjustable fuel valve is received. To inhibit access to and manual adjustment of the valve, a cover may overlay at least a portion of the adjustable valve. In some forms, a releasable lock plate may be received between the cover and the adjustable valve. Specialty tools may release the lock plate and adjust the valve.
CARBURETTOR ASSEMBLY
[Problem] To provide a carburettor assembly which suppresses dripping of fuel from a nozzle to an air-fuel mixing passage during idling.
[Solution] The carburettor assembly comprises: a fuel chamber 12 for storing a fuel for supply to an air-fuel mixing passage 11; a nozzle 13 which comprises a check valve 13a and discharges the fuel to the air-fuel mixing passage 11, the nozzle 13 being arranged at a position in the air-fuel mixing passage 11 in which the fuel drops naturally; a plurality of holes 14 for discharging the fuel to the air-fuel mixing passage 11 during idling, at a position in an air-fuel mixture flow downstream from a position of the nozzle 13 in the air-fuel mixing passage 11; a fuel passage 15 for connecting the fuel chamber 12 and the nozzle 13 and also connecting the fuel chamber 12 and the plurality of holes 14; and a resistor 25 which is arranged in the fuel passage 15 between the fuel chamber 12 and the nozzle 13, and thereby forms resistance against a fuel flow directed to the nozzle 13.

Limiting cap
A limiting cap is provided to restrict rotation of a needle valve and to be easily assembled onto the needle cap. The limiting cap assembled onto the needle valve screwed into an adjustment hole of a fuel adjuster includes a main body to be arranged onto the needle valve. A rising part, which is inserted into a recess of the fuel adjuster, is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the main body. The main body includes a first engagement part on an inner side and a fixing part on an outer side. A first hubbly part formed in an inner peripheral surface of the first engagement part is engageable with a second hubbly part formed in an outer peripheral surface of the needle valve. The needle valve is fixed into the fixing part. The fixing part is formed to have a smaller inner diameter than the first engagement part.

Charge forming device with tamper resistant adjustable valve
In at least some implementations, a locking plate may be received between the cover plate and the adjustable valve and be movable to a first position permitting access to the adjustable valve and a second position inhibiting or preventing access to the adjustable valve. In some implementations, a latch assembly may releasably retain the locking plate in its second position. The latch assembly may include a finger carried by the locking plate and releasably engageable with a stop when the locking plate is in its second position.

Carburetor with adjusting tool for garden machinery engine with anti-flow tampering function
The present utility model relates to a carburetor with adjusting tool for garden machinery engine with anti-flow tampering function. The carburetor is comprised of a carburetor body, an idle oil needle, an oil needle spring, a plunger nut, a flow adjusting nail, a flow nail spring, a gasket and a sealing ring, wherein the idle oil needle and the flow adjusting nail are both provided with a special tool adjusting part, the special tool adjusting part is comprised of a section of cylinder, and the surface of the cylinder is provided with a micro wedge-shaped adjusting structure in the axial direction. In the present utility model, the flow and opening of the carburetor can only be adjusted using a special tool by changing the structure of the idle oil needle and the flow adjusting nail, which can effectively avoid the problem that the state of the carburetor is adjusted by users by using a common screwdriver, which causes the engine to fail to work normally or even be damaged due to improper adjustment, thus resulting in unnecessary after-sales service work, guaranteeing that the state as delivered is not easy to be freely adjusted by users, thus effectively ensuring the low emission value.
