An internal combustion engine includes tubular roller valve and a fuel injector assembly. The fuel injector assembly includes a fixed tubular outer insulator with holes and a fixed inner insulator with holes. A rotatable tubular valve is between the fixed outer insulator and the fixed inner insulator, the rotatable tubular valve having holes in a staggered configuration. A fuel injector is connected to each of the first fixed holes of the fixed tubular outer insulator. When the rotatable tubular valve rotates, fuel is given to only one of the fuel injectors at a time.

The transmission shaft has an oil passage therein through which passage the lubricating oil pressure-fed to the lubricating oil passage partially passes, a first opening of the oil passage is communicated with the lubricating oil passage, and a second opening of the oil passage is formed on the outer circumferential surface of an upper portion of the transmission shaft, nearby the control rack.

A fuel injection pump for a diesel engine, including: a control rack arranged in a rack chamber formed between a pump head and a pump housing, and configured to adjust a fuel injection amount; a transmission shaft rotatably supported by a transmission shaft hole formed in the pump housing; and a lubricating oil passage formed in the pump housing, and configured to pressure-feed lubricating oil between the transmission shaft and the transmission shaft hole. The transmission shaft has an oil passage (40) therein through which passage the lubricating oil pressure-fed to the lubricating oil passage partially passes, a first opening of the oil passage is communicated with the lubricating oil passage, and a second opening (42A) of the oil passage is formed on the outer circumferential surface of an upper portion of the transmission shaft, nearby the control rack.

A rotating fuel injector assembly for a vehicle engine includes a base, an internal tip, an intermediate coaxial tip, and an external coaxial tip. The internal tip may be configured to move between an extended closed position and a retracted open position relative to the base. The intermediate coaxial tip may include an opening defined in a base of the intermediate coaxial tip. The base and the opening abuts the internal tip when the internal tip is in the extended closed position. The external coaxial tip may move between an extended open position and a retracted closed position relative to the base. The external coaxial tip includes a plurality of apertures which may align with the at least one opening in the intermediate coaxial tip at a predetermined event.
