The third high-pressure output is situated offset by the predefined distance compared to the second high-pressure output along the longitudinal axis in the first direction, the fourth high-pressure output being situated offset by the predefined distance compared to the third high-pressure output along the longitudinal axis in the first direction.
SOUND INSULATION STRUCTURE OF INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
Provided is a sound insulation structure for an internal combustion engine that facilitates the assembly work, and minimizes the transmission vibrations and noises. The sound insulation structure for an internal combustion engine comprises a cover main body (21) disposed outside of a main body (10) of the internal combustion engine and covering at least a part of the engine main body, and a foam sound insulation member (22) made of a foam material and attached to an inner surface (21a) of the cover main body facing the engine main body. The foam sound insulation member covers a noise source (11) of the engine main body and abuts the engine main body or a component part (12, 14) attached to the engine main body at an outer periphery thereof so as to interpose the noise source. The engine main body or the component part includes a sound insulation wall (31-33) projecting therefrom so as to shield a junction part at which the foam sound insulation member abuts or adjoins the engine main body or the component part thereof and the sound insulation wall is covered by the cover main body.

Fuel system and engine head assembly having double-walled fuel connector for cooling fuel return
An engine head assembly includes a double-walled fuel connector assembly in an engine head and forming a high-pressure fuel supply passage and a low-pressure fuel return passage. The engine head assembly also includes a fuel injector. A high-pressure fuel inlet path extends between a fuel inlet and spray orifices through an injector body in the fuel injector. A low-pressure cooling fuel outlet path extends between an injection control valve seat in the fuel injector and a cooling fuel outlet in a nozzle case of the fuel injector. Expelled cooling fuel is passed through the low-pressure fuel return passage in the double-walled fuel connector.

CONNECTOR FOR MOUNTING SENSOR IN PRESSURIZED FLUID SYSTEM
A connector for mounting a sensor such as a pressure sensor in a fuel system includes a connector body and a tube body. The tube body has sealing surfaces at opposite axial ends that are structured to bias rotation of the connector body and the tube body to occur relative to one another rather than the connector body causing the tube body to rotate against a housing of a fluid reservoir in the system. Deformation of the housing is limited by way of the biasing of rotation.
FUEL RAIL AND ASSEMBLY
In some embodiments, a fuel rail for a two-stroke internal combustion engine includes a fuel rail body, a fuel inlet component integrated within the fuel rail body as a one-piece component and in fluidic contact with a fuel line, one or more fuel exit ports in fluidic contact with a cylinder of a combustion engine, and one or more fasteners adapted to secure the fuel rail body to a cylinder wall of the cylinder of the combustion engine
FUEL PIPING, FUEL PIPING CONNECTING STRUCTURE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FUEL PIPING
A fuel piping includes an outer pipe that has a connecting head extending outward in a radial direction in at least one end portion thereof and an inner pipe that is built in a part of the outer pipe and is connected to both end portions of the connecting head in an axial direction.
FUEL RAIL COUPLING ARRANGEMENT
In one aspect, a system for coupling a fuel rail of a common rail fuel system to an internal combustion engine may include an engine wall having a plurality of openings. The fuel rail may have a main pipe portion located outside the engine wall, and a plurality of outlet pipes monolithically formed with the main pipe portion, each of the plurality of outlet pipes extending into a corresponding one of the plurality of openings of the engine wall. The system may further include a seal located in sealing engagement with each of the plurality of openings and a corresponding outlet pipe.
