Fuel injection system
A dual fluid injection system which comprises a liquid fuel metering device, a fluid delivery device, and apparatus providing an interface therebetween. The interface conveys liquid fuel along a flow path from the metering device to a mixing zone for mixing with air from a pressurized supply to provide an air-fuel mixture for injection by the fluid delivery device into a combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine. The flow path may involve a directional change by way of a turn section. The flow path is sized such that liquid fuel is retained therein by virtue of capillary action, whereby a quantity of liquid fuel is retained after a delivery event such that the flow path remains substantially filled with liquid fuel in readiness for the next delivery event during operation of the engine.

FUEL INJECTION DEVICE
A fuel supplying device is provided with a supplemental fuel chamber such that there is no delay in the supply of fuel during high-speed operation. The fuel supplying device comprises: an outlet pipe in communication with a fuel injecting nozzle equipped in an intake manifold of an engine or an air intake passage of a carburetor; a pressing member configured to undergo reciprocating motion synchronized with the rotational period of an engine; a fuel chamber configure to supply fuel to an intake manifold of the engine from the fuel injecting nozzle through cooperation of the reciprocating motion of the pressing member, wherein the inlet check valve and the outlet check valve are configured to open and close alternatingly; and a fuel reservoir having a prescribed volume is connected and disposed upstream of the inlet check valve in the inlet pipe.

FLOW CONTROL METHOD, SYSTEM AND APPARATUS
Presented is a method, system and apparatus for fuel flow control. An exemplary fuel flow control apparatus includes a fuel inlet operable to receive a flow, and a fuel shut-off valve fluidly connected to receive the flow from the fuel inlet, the fuel shut-off valve is operable to allow the flow in a first configuration and prevent the flow in a second configuration. The apparatus further includes a pressure regulator fluidly connected to receive the flow from the fuel shut-off valve, a flow control valve fluidly connected to receive the flow from the pressure regulator, the flow control valve comprising a position sensor operable to sense a position of the flow control valve, an injector fluidly connected in parallel to the flow control valve to receive the flow from the pressure regulator, and a fuel outlet.
