Axial piston machine with high drive rotational speed
A swashplate-type axial piston machine includes a housing and at least one working channel extending through a distributor plate. The at least one working channel opens out at an outside on the housing at an associated working port. The at least one working channel includes a first section and a second section. The first section extends over the entire distributor plate. The second section is arranged entirely in the housing. The second section directly adjoins the first section. A first rotary bearing has an outer circumferential surface that defines a circular cylindrical reference cylinder about the axis of rotation.

Hydraulic motor system
A hydraulic motor includes a motor mechanism that rotates by hydraulic liquid that is supplied/discharged from a hydraulic liquid pressure source through one of a first motor passage and a second motor passage. The hydraulic motor comprises a casing that defines a casing chamber which accommodates the motor mechanism, and a flushing passage that is in communication with the casing chamber and extracts a portion of the hydraulic liquid from a low pressure side among the first motor passage and the second motor passage and leads it to the casing chamber.
Axial piston machine utilizing a bent-axis construction with slippers on the drive flange
A hydrostatic axial piston machine (1) utilizing a bent-axis construction has a driveshaft (4) with a drive flange (3) rotatable around an axis of rotation (R.sub.t) inside a housing (2). A cylinder barrel (7) has pistons (10) fastened in an articulated manner to the drive flange (3). The drive flange (3) is supported on a housing-side slide face (101) by an axial bearing (100) in the form of a hydrostatically relieved sliding bearing (102) having a plurality of slippers (105). Each of the slippers (105) is mounted in an articulated manner in the drive flange (3) so that when the drive flange (3) rotates, a compensating force (F.sub.FR) acts on the slipper (105) which is in the opposite direction to the centrifugal force (F.sub.F) acting on the slipper (105). The point of application (AP) of the compensating force (F.sub.FR) on the slipper (105) is selected so that there is no tipping moment on the slipper (105) or to compensate for some or all of any tipping moment that does occur.
HYDRAULIC ROTARY MACHINE
A hydraulic piston pump motor in which water is used as a working fluid includes an axial directional passage opened on an end surface of one end of a shaft that couples to a cylinder block and drilled open along a shaft center of the shaft; a first radial directional passage drilled open along a radial direction of the shaft from the axial directional passage and configured to guide working fluid into a casing; a second radial directional passage drilled open from the axial directional passage along the radial direction of the shaft at a position closer to the one end of the shaft than the first radial directional passage; and an introduction passage communicating a passage, through which the higher pressure working fluid flows, among the supply passage and the discharge passage with the axial directional passage.
HYDRAULIC ROTARY MACHINE
A hydraulic rotary machine includes a plurality of pistons, a cylinder block accommodating the pistons, a shaft penetrating through the cylinder block, a swash plate making the pistons reciprocate to expand and contract a capacity chamber of the cylinder, a casing accommodating the cylinder block, a front cover closing an opened end of the casing, an extending portion formed in the front cover and extending along the shaft towards the cylinder block, and a first slide bearing provided between the extending portion and the cylinder block. The first slide bearing is fixed to the extending portion or the cylinder block by a pin member.
Hydraulic motor
A hydraulic motor includes a motor mechanism that rotates by hydraulic liquid pressure led from a hydraulic liquid pressure source. The hydraulic motor includes a casing that defines a casing chamber which accommodates the motor mechanism, a brake mechanism that brakes the rotation of the motor mechanism, a brake release actuator that releases the braking of the brake mechanism by a brake release pressure led from the hydraulic liquid pressure source, and a throttle passage that is in communication with the casing chamber and extracts a portion of hydraulic liquid that is led into the brake release actuator and leads it to the casing chamber.
A HYDRAULIC DEVICE
A hydraulic device comprises a housing and a shaft with a flange extending perpendicularly to a first axis of rotation. A plurality of pistons are fixed to the flange and move each in a sleeve supported by and rotatable with a barrel plate. The barrel plate is provided with a plurality of actuators for exerting counter forces (Fa) on the respective sleeves in a direction and at a location such that at least when one of the pistons is at bottom dead center under operating conditions the counter force on the cooperating sleeve acts along a line at a distance from the center point of the piston head and causes a counter torque about the center point of the piston head against the tilting torque, wherein the actuators are controlled such that the counter forces increase with increasing rotational speed of the barrel plate about the second axis of rotation.
