APPARATUS FOR INSTALLATION AND DISSAEMBLY OF WIND TURBINE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD
20230365383 · 2023-11-16 ·

An equipment for installing and dismantling of a wind turbine system including a tower, a nacelle and a blades is capable of self-climbing along the tower via upper and lower grippers moving up and down the supporting frame equipped with two booms along the tower. The two booms aren't able to turn around in horizontal plan but are able to hoist, for example, the nacelle and pivot it to the top of the tower before placing it on the positioning frame. In order to combine the nacelle to the tower, the nacelle resting on the positioning frame shall be adjusted to the location of the tower in horizontal plan before the positioning frame is lowering it to the tower.

METHOD FOR REDUCTION OF DC LINK BUSBAR AND CAPACITOR CURRENT, BY ADJUSTMENT OF A PWM CARRIER DELAY

The present invention relates a method for optimizing electrical current in a DC link busbar of a power converter system, wherein the power converter system comprises, a first inverter bridge, connected to the DC link busbar at a first end, the first inverter bridge having a first pulse width modulation signal, and a second inverter bridge, connected to the DC link busbar at a second end, the second inverter bridge having a second pulse width modulation signal, measuring a current flowing in the DC link busbar from the first end to the second end, optimizing the current flowing in the DC link busbar by delaying the first pulse width modulation signal and the second pulse width modulation signal from each other with a carrier delay, the invention also relates to power converter and wind turbine with optimizing electrical current in a DC link busbar.

Wind turbine

Provided is a wind turbine, including a tower, a foundation, a transition piece, which is arranged between the tower and the foundation and which connects the tower to the foundation, a platform, which is arranged inside the transition piece, a service lift, which is lowered to the platform, and a permanent working platform which is arranged below the platform and in a distance thereof. Due to the permanent working platform, the service lift is easily accessible from below. The labor- and cost-intensive installation of a temporary scaffold below the platform is expendable. Advantageously, the working platform can also be used for array cable installation.

A wind turbine foundation comprising a concrete support slab having a horizontal rebar grid therein, a concrete pedestal integral with the support slab and having vertical post tensioning elements therein and a plurality of concrete ribs on top of and integral with the support slab and integral with the pedestal, the ribs having rebar therein and extend outwardly from the pedestal, the pedestal, slab and ribs are connected to each other to form a monolithic foundation. The foundation design reduces the weight and volume of materials used, reduces cost, and improves heat dissipation conditions during construction by having a small ratio of concrete mass to surface area thus eliminating the risk of thermal cracking due to heat of hydration.

REDUCTION OF EDGEWISE VIBRATIONS USING BLADE LOAD SIGNAL

The present invention relates to control of a wind turbine to reduce structural loading due to vibrations of the blades along the edgewise direction. A rotor control system for actuating pitch of pitch-adjustable rotor blades of a wind turbine is disclosed. Pitch modification signals are determined based on edgewise load signals for each of the rotor blades. The edgewise load signal are coordinated transformed and input into a primary whirling controller unit to provide whirling signal components which can be used for determining the pitch modification signals.
