Gravity assisted mechanical energy
(1) Gravity assisted mechanical machine that uses a combination of stored mechanical energy plus the downward force of gravity, regulated by a motor and a sophisticated switch powered by a rechargeable battery. The mechanical switch is also assisted by a lever so the motor is more efficient in the use of the battery power. (2) Older types of fuel powered mechanical machines cause greater pollution and need an enormous amount of support to continue operating daily. (3) The gravity assisted mechanical machine can be used without air and operates longer and more efficiently and is less noisy and has no emissions to cause pollution. It will not heat up like a conventional mechanical machine only when attached to a generator for electrical energy. It will work without the need for the enormous weight of fuel to produce electrical energy. It can be used to power some electrical generators, example wind mill generators, for all uses of electrical energy.
PORTABLE SELF-POWER-GENERATING APPARATUS
Proposed is a portable self-power-generating apparatus which has small size and is capable of charging a battery by realizing self-power generation with high efficiency in emergencies in which normal electricity supply is not available, such as a military operation, a refugee village, a disaster caused by earthquake or the like, an emergency situation on ships, or an outdoor activity, and which can be used in combination with various smart modules.
Kitchen Appliance With Detachable Pull String Drive Device
A kitchen appliance includes a self-contained pull string drive device and a work unit. The device is configured for manually rotating a work unit around a rotation axis by pulling a string transversely to the rotation axis A. The device includes a drive wheel, a return spring, all positioned coaxially relative to the rotation axis A, a string, one end of which is wound around the drive wheel and the other end of which is connected to a handle. The work unit includes a lid closing a bowl. The pull string drive device is configured to be detachable from the lid of the bowl. The lid includes a male or female part joined to a drive interface, to cooperate with the drive wheel by mechanical coupling in order to transmit a rotational movement from the device to the work unit.
Motion control system and method with energy harvesting
A motion control apparatus and method are disclosed. The motion control apparatus comprises a movable mechanism coupled to an external energy source, the energy source providing kinetic energy to the mechanism. An energy conversion module is mechanically coupled to the mechanism for converting kinetic into electrical energy. An electronic circuit is coupled to the energy conversion module and a storage module and a mechanism controller is coupled to the electronic circuit. A sensor module is coupled to both the electronic circuit and the movable mechanism to sense the movement of the movable mechanism to determine speed of the movable mechanism and transmit speed information to the electronic circuit. The method comprises applying energy to a movable mechanism, converting kinetic to electrical energy, storing the electrical energy converted, controlling the motion of the mechanism and sensing the movement of the mechanism.

A therapeutic and exercise device includes a frame; a hand crank coupled to the frame which is rotatably movable by a user, the hand crank coupled to a vertically oriented rail such that the hand crank is adjustable in a vertical plane fore and aft relative to a support surface for the therapeutic and exercise device; a foot crank coupled to the frame which is rotatably movable by the user, the foot crank coupled to a horizontally oriented rail such that the foot crank is adjustable in a horizontal plane; and a brake coupled to the frame and to at least one of the hand crank or the foot crank, the brake configured to selectively apply a braking force to said at least one of the hand crank or the foot crank to resist rotational movement of the at least one of the hand crank or the foot crank.
