METHOD FOR CREATING A RAPIDLY CHANGING ENERGY SHELL OF QUANTUM FLUCTUATIONS ABOUT MASSES FOR ACCELERATION WITHOUT MASS EJECTION
A method for rapidly changing the energy shell of quantum fluctuations (ESQFs) about a mass that changes fast enough to produce time dilation and retardation between the ESQFs on opposite sides of the mass, to produce acceleration as was shown under a new quantum gravity model. The method includes, a three layered capacitor system comprising an electrostatic (ES) capacitor, i.e., a dielectric with no outer electrode, on an AC capacitor, on a DC capacitor. The AC capacitor shares an electrode on one side with the ES capacitor and on the other side with the DC capacitor. The ES capacitor has the electrodeless dielectric material surface adjacent to the upper ESQFs of the layered capacitor system and the DC capacitor has the (earth) ground surface adjacent to the lower ESQFs of the layered capacitor system. When the AC and DC voltages are applied to the layered capacitor system, an asymmetry is produced between the upper and lower ESQFs to cause acceleration on the layered capacitor system. Applying quadrants of the layered capacitor system on the surface of a craft, the craft can be accelerated in any direction, where when optimally operated to only control the ESQFs outside the craft, objects in the cavity will not feel any affects from the layered capacitor systems nor experience any inertia due to the acceleration on the craft.
Method and apparatus that uses pulsed, counter-rotating plasmas to extract useful energy from the zero-point field and/or to modify or nullify the forces of gravity and inertia, or the properties of mass
Numerous patents have been granted for methods to extract useful zero-point energy (ZPE). However, these methods utilize the Casimir force, which is orders of magnitude too small to power an electrical grid. The method and apparatus described here uses counter-rotating mercury based plasmas pulsed with a high frequency, high voltage discharge to create a coherence with the zero-point field, allowing for unlimited extraction of ZPE, which may ultimately replace polluting fossil fuel derived energy. Mainstream physics models gravity as a curvature of space (general relativity), but there are profound problems with this model. An alternative model of gravity advanced by some physicists models gravity (and inertia) as an induced effect resulting from the interaction of ZPE with subatomic charge. By creating a coherence with the zero-point field, this method causes an interference with this interaction, allowing gravity and inertia to be engineered or nullified, representing a breakthrough in propulsion.

Apparatuses and systems for converting fluid energy to mechanical motion
An example apparatus includes: a plate configured to move along an underlying surface via a layer of fluid disposed in a gap between the plate and the underlying surface, where pressurized fluid forms the layer of fluid in the gap; a first rack gear coupled to the plate and meshing with a first gear; and a second rack gear coupled to a second gear. The second rack gear is fixed, and the second gear is coupled to the first gear. The pressurized fluid in the gap repels the plate away from the underlying surface, thereby causing (i) the first rack gear to move linearly and the first gear to rotate, (ii) the second gear to rotate and move along the second rack gear, and (iii) the plate to move along the underlying surface.
