Hydraulic actuator control device for dump truck
An engine (12) drives a variable capacity-type hydraulic pump (16), discharged hydraulic oil is selectively supplied to a cooling fan (19) and a hoist cylinder (11) in accordance with switching of a selection valve (17), thereby controlling the same on the basis of each target value. A pump discharge pressure (Pp) of the hydraulic oil discharged from the hydraulic pump (16) and a motor supply pressure (Pm) of the hydraulic oil supplied to a hydraulic motor (18) via the selection valve (17) are detected by sensors (27, 28) and are compared with pressure determination values stored in advance as a pump discharge pressure (Pp) and an actuator supply pressure (Pm) generated when the target value is achieved. Presence/absence of abnormality in the hydraulic actuator control device (15) is determined on the basis of a result of the comparison, and when abnormality is determined to have occurred, control is performed to minimize the capacity of the hydraulic pump (16).
Control arrangement for variable displacement pump
A control arrangement for a variable displacement pump includes a pressure control unit and a separate mechanical control unit, each mounted on a housing of the variable displacement pump. The pressure control unit provides pressure control for the variable displacement pump and the mechanical control unit provides rotary feedback control for the variable displacement pump.

Pump
In an embodiment, a variable flow pump may include a swashplate rotatably driven by a driveshaft. The swashplate may be movable between a first and second tilt angle relative to the driveshaft. A piston pump may be reciprocatingly driven by the swashplate based upon, at least in part, the tilt angle of the swashplate. An actuator piston may be moveable between a first and second position based upon, at least in part, a downstream backpressure of a fluid pumped by the piston pump. An actuator assembly may be moveable between a first and second position based upon, at least in part, the position of the actuator piston. The actuator assembly may include a swashplate driver configured urge the swashplate between the first and second tilt angles, and a biasing driver configured to apply a force urging the swashplate into contact with the swashplate driver.
Variable stroke pump
A variable stroke high pressure pump is disclosed. The pump uses a wobble plate design with dynamically variable tilt to provide continuous adjustment of pump stroke length and output. Dynamically variable tilt is accomplished using a linearly actuated tilt thruster rotationally coupled to the drive shaft to maintain a selected tilt of the wobble plate through the rotation of the wobble plate.
HYDRAULIC PUMP
In the hydraulic pump according to the present invention, a straight path among the paths, through which the fluid flows within the hydraulic pump, and a connection point on the straight path are formed to have curvatures, so that it is possible to prevent stress from being concentrated to the connection point, thereby improving durability, and it is possible to manufacture the hydraulic pump by forming a casting shape with a curvature in advance, thereby decreasing additional machining and decreasing costs of a product.
Hydrostatic piston machine
A hydrostatic piston machine has an adjustment element that is adjustable for varying a displacement volume, and a rotating cylinder part having a plurality of cylinder bores with pistons that are supported on the adjustment element and delimit a displacement chamber. Each displacement chamber is moved in an alternating manner by a connecting opening to overlap a low-pressure control opening situated on a low-pressure side of a stationary control part and a high-pressure control opening situated on a high-pressure side of the control part. Two switching regions are situated between the low-pressure control opening and the high-pressure control opening, the pistons changing direction at a dead center within the switching regions. The position of the adjustment element is determined from a pressure profile which is a function of the variable size of the displacement chambers in a switching region, the variable size depending on the position of the adjustment element.
