The capacity control valve can efficiently discharge a liquid refrigerant and can decrease a driving force of a compressor during a liquid refrigerant discharge operation.
CAPACITY CONTROL VALVE
A capacity control valve includes: a valve housing provided with a suction port through which a suction fluid of a suction pressure passes and a control port through which a control fluid of a control pressure passes; a valve body driven by a solenoid; a spring that biases the valve body in a direction opposite to a direction of driving by the solenoid; a CS valve that includes a CS valve seat and the valve body, and that moves the valve body to open and close a communication between the control port and the suction port, the capacity control valve opening and closing the CS valve to control the control pressure, in which the control fluid of the control pressure is suppliable to a back side of the valve body.

Subassembly for a compressor
A subassembly for a compressor controls a fluid flow of a fluid between a high-pressure region and a crank chamber pressure region and between the crank chamber pressure region and a suction pressure region of the compressor. The subassembly includes a first electrical control valve, a second electrical control valve, and an electrical control device. Each of the first electrical control valve and the second electrical control valve has a valve member arranged within a valve housing and displaceable between a pair of positions. The electrical control device is adapted to control, during operation of the compressor, a fluid flow between the high-pressure region and a crank chamber pressure region and between the crank chamber pressure region and the suction pressure region by controlling the positions of the valve members.
VARIABLE-CAPACITY COMPRESSOR CONTROL VALVE
A variable-capacity compressor control valve is configured for easily regulating the opening degree of an in-valve release passage, and thus can effectively reduce internal circulation of refrigerant within the compressor and effectively improve the operation efficiency of the compressor. An in-valve large-opening release passage with a relatively large opening degree, which is used during the compressor actuation time, and an in-valve small-opening release passage with a relatively small opening degree, which is used during both the compressor actuation time and the normal control time (i.e., Pd.fwdarw.Pc control time), are formed using different passages.
Capacity control valve having an auxiliary communication part allowing communication with an intermediate passage
A capacity control valve (1) for controlling a flow rate or pressure of a variable capacity compressor according to a valve opening degree of a valve section includes: a valve main body (10) having a first valve chamber (14), a second valve chamber (15) and an interior space (16); a valve body (21) having an intermediate communication passage (26) for allowing communication between the first valve chamber and the interior space, a first valve part (21c1) arranged in the first valve chamber, a second valve part (21b1) for opening and closing communication between the interior space and the second valve chamber, and a shaft part (21a) arranged in the interior space; a solenoid (30); a pressure-sensitive body (22) arranged in the interior space; and an auxiliary communication part (21f) which is arranged in the interior space and which allows communication between the interior space and the intermediate communication passage.
Capacity control valve having a solenoid and a second plunger between the solenoid and a valve body
A capacity control valve for controlling a flow rate or pressure of a variable capacity compressor includes: a valve main body, a valve body arranged in the valve main body, a solenoid having a first plunger connected to the valve body, and a second plunger arranged between the solenoid and the valve body for regulating flow of the variable capacity compressor.

Piston compressor including a suction throttle
A piston compressor includes a housing including a cylinder block having cylinder bores. The housing has a discharge chamber, a swash plate chamber, and an axial hole. The piston compressor includes a drive shaft, a fixed swash plate, a piston, a discharge valve, a rotating body, and a control valve. The rotating body has a second communication passage that communicates with first communication passages intermittently by rotation of the drive shaft. A flow rate of refrigerant gas discharged from the compression chambers into the discharge chamber decreases when a communication angle around the axis becomes large per a rotation of the drive shaft depending on a position of the rotating body in the direction of the axis. The piston compressor includes a suction throttle that decreases the flow rate of refrigerant gas in the compression chamber when the communication angle becomes large based on the control pressure.
