Variable displacement swash plate type compressor
In a compressor of the present invention, a first acting portion and a second acting portion are formed at a rear end of a first cylinder portion of a movable body. The first and the second acting portions are formed by stepping across a top dead center surface, and are plane-symmetrical with respect to the top dead center surface. Further, an affected portion is formed on a front surface of a swash plate. The first and the second acting portions and the affected portion are located eccentrically to a top dead center position corresponding portion side from a drive shaft axis.
Swash plate type compressor
A swash plate compressor including a cylinder block accommodating a piston for compressing a refrigerant, a front housing coupled to the front of the cylinder block and having a crank chamber, a rear housing having a suction chamber, a discharge chamber and coupled to the rear of the cylinder block. The swash plate compressor includes a valve assembly including a valve plate inserted into the rear housing, a gasket inserted into the cylinder block, a suction plate inserted between the valve plate, the cylinder block, and a variable orifice module including a first orifice hole through which the refrigerant in the crank chamber passes, a second orifice hole communicating with the suction chamber to discharge the refrigerant passing through the first orifice hole to the suction chamber, and an intermediate passage interconnecting the first and second orifice holes, the first orifice hole having a variable reed, a degree of opening of which is varied depending on the pressure of the refrigerant.
Variable displacement swash plate type compressor
Variable displacement swash plate type compressor includes casing, rotating shaft, swash plate, piston, and inclination adjustment mechanism with first flow path connecting discharge chamber with crankcase and second flow path connecting crankcase with suction chamber to adjust inclination angle of the swash plate. An orifice hole decompressing fluid passing through the second flow path is formed in the second flow path. An orifice control mechanism controlling effective flow cross-sectional area of the orifice hole is formed on the second flow path. The orifice hole and control mechanism are formed to increase differential pressure in the crankcase and suction chamber, the effective flow cross-sectional area increases, and with further differential pressure increase it becomes a second area larger than zero and less than the first area. Achieved is rapid control of refrigerant discharge amount and prevention of reduction in compressor efficiency with reduction of time to switch to the maximum mode.
CAPACITY CONTROL VALVE
A capacity control valve for controlling a capacity of a fluid includes: a valve housing; a main valve closing and opening a communication between a Pc port and a Pd port when a main valve portion of a main valve element driven by a drive force of a solenoid comes into contact with and separates from a main valve seat; a pressure-sensitive valve which is opened by an ambient pressure; a hollow tube member which forms a part of the pressure-sensitive valve and allows the Pc port to communicate with a Ps port through a hollow communication path formed therein when the pressure-sensitive valve is opened; and an auxiliary communication path which allows the Pc port to communicate with the Ps port independently of the pressure-sensitive valve, in which the auxiliary communication path is configured to be able to increase a flow path cross-sectional area after the main valve is closed.
Compressor
A compressor including: a casing; a rotary shaft rotatably mounted in the casing; a compression mechanism configured to compress a refrigerant by operating in conjunction with the rotary shaft; a thrust plate configured to support an end surface of the rotary shaft; a chamber configured to accommodate the thrust plate; and a slit configured to guide oil to the chamber, in which a part of the slit is formed to face a contact portion between the rotary shaft and the thrust plate, such that it is possible to supply the oil between the rotary shaft and the thrust plate, thereby preventing damage to the thrust plate for supporting the rotary shaft. In addition, an inner diameter of the chamber gradually increases, and the chamber extends to an end surface of a cylinder block, such that the cylinder block may be easily extracted from a mold.
Swash plate compressor
A swash plate compressor including: a housing; a rotating shaft rotatably mounted to the housing; a swash plate accommodated in a crank chamber of the housing and rotating with the rotating shaft; a piston forming a compression chamber with the housing and interlocking with the swash plate to reciprocate; a discharge flow path guiding a refrigerant of the crank chamber to a suction chamber of the housing wherein an inclination angle of the swash plate is adjusted; and a discharge flow path control valve having a valve chamber provided in the discharge flow path and a valve core reciprocating inside the valve chamber, and the valve core includes: a first communication path constantly communicating the discharge flow path; and a second communication path communicating the discharge flow path when differential pressure between pressure of the crank chamber and pressure of the suction chamber is within a certain pressure range.
