BELLOWS PUMP APPARATUS
The bellows pump device supplies pressurized air to one air chamber of two hermetic air chambers thereby to cause a bellows to perform expansion operation to suck a transport fluid, and supplies pressurized air to the other air chamber thereby to cause the bellows to perform contraction operation to discharge the transport fluid. The bellows pump device includes: an electropneumatic regulator configured to adjust a first air pressure of the pressurized air to be supplied to the one air chamber, and a second air pressure of the pressurized air to be supplied to the other air chamber; and a control unit configured to control the electropneumatic regulator such that, at least at a time point of end of expansion during expansion operation of the bellows, the first air pressure is lower than the second air pressure.

Device and system for monitoring a pneumatically actuated alternating linear displacement pump
A device for monitoring a pneumatically-actuated alternating linear displacement pump is provided, and a system for monitoring a pneumatically-actuated alternating linear displacement pump is provided, which include elements for sensing pneumatic pressure, elements for transmitting a signal representative of the sensed pneumatic pressure, and elements for managing the pneumatically-actuated alternating linear displacement pump in accordance with the transmitted signal representative of the sensed pneumatic pressure.
Runaway valve system for a pump
A system includes a pump. The pump includes a piston configured to axially reciprocate within a body. The axial movement of the piston activates a first chamber valve and a second chamber valve. The system also includes a main valve configured to direct a flow to the pump to facilitate the axial movement which then transfers a fluid from a reservoir to a spray applicator. The system includes a runaway valve system fluidly coupled to the main valve and configured to detect a runaway state of the pump. The runaway valve system is configured to direct the main valve to stop operation of the pump in response to detection of the runaway state.
Air-driven pump system
An air-driven pump system comprising: a directional unit that defines a directional air chamber and comprises a directional piston, a first process air intake, and a second process air intake; two pump units each including a liquid chamber, an air chamber, and a piston; a shaft affixed to the pistons; an efficiency valve system comprising an efficiency piston, wherein the efficiency unit is configured to divide inlet air entering the air-driven piston pump into control air, first process air, and second process air, and wherein the efficiency piston is in communication with the control air, first process air, and second process air before the air is distributed to the directional unit; and a second shaft which is in communication with the efficiency piston. The efficiency valve system is to prevent overfilling of the air chambers.
