LIQUID FEEDING APPARATUS AND LIQUID FEEDING METHOD
The present invention relates to a liquid feeding apparatus capable of feeding a liquid with high accuracy. The liquid feeding apparatus includes a liquid feeder having a downstream side, a plunger, and a cylinder that is configured for aspirating and discharging a solvent when a plunger slides. The liquid feeding apparatus further includes a pressure sensor for the solvent to be discharged, a selector valve configured to switch between a plurality of solvents to be aspirated and discharged, and a controller configured to control the liquid feeder and the selector valve. The controller controls the selector valve in synchronization with an aspiration operation of the plunger so that a mixing ratio of the solvents changes, controls the plunger to cause the plunger to operate at first and second accelerations that are different from each other, and suppresses a fluctuation of the solvent to be aspirated by the plunger.

METHOD FOR DETERMINING A PRESENT STATE OF WEAR OF A HYDROSTATIC MACHINE
The present invention relates to a method for determining a present state of wear of a hydrostatic machine during the operation of the hydrostatic machine. The hydrostatic machine comprises a drive with variable rotational speed and a hydrostatic pump, wherein the drive is designed to drive the hydrostatic pump for generating a volume flow of a fluid, and wherein the hydrostatic machine is connected to a fluid transport channel in which the fluid is transported in a manner driven by the hydrostatic machine. The method has a step for determining a first torque of the drive at a specified drive vector. Furthermore, the method has a step for ascertaining a second torque of the drive at the specified drive vector using a first calculation method, and in addition, the method has a step for determining the present state of wear of the hydrostatic machine using a second calculation method, in order to compare the first determined torque and the second ascertained torque to one another.

Drainage system for cerebrospinal fluid
The object of providing a cerebrospinal fluid drainage system 1 which reacts precisely to changes in pressure in the cerebrospinal fluid, with ease of operation, is achieved by the present invention in that a pump 5 is used for draining the cerebrospinal fluid (liquor), wherein operating measured values supplied by sensors act as controlled variable for the operation of the pump. The pressure in the liquor line currently measured by a pressure sensor 10, the liquor pressure in the intracranial cavity being treated, measured intracorporeally by a pressure sensor, and/or the volume of liquor already pumped out, as operating measured value, can, for example, serve as the basis for operational control of the pump of the liquor drainage system. The liquor drainage system according to the invention has the advantage that the liquor is drained not only simply on the basis of the excess pressure in the intracranial cavity being treated, but is actively pumped out of the intracranial cavity in a controlled manner, in particular with constant measurement of the liquor pressure. In this way the pumping capacity can be regulated depending on requirement and the drainage pressure or the liquor pressure kept reliably within a specific pressure range.
