Method and device for determining a wear condition in a hydrostatic pump
A method for determining a current wear (w) of a hydrostatic pump, particularly of a radial piston pump, with a variable-speed drive, where the pump is connected to a fluid passage, in which a fluid is pumped by the pump to create a current actual volume flow in the fluid passage. A current actual volume flow (Q.sub.act) is determined, by measuring the volume flow in the fluid passage at a predetermined drive-vector, a computed volume flow (Q.sub.comp) is determined, by a first computational method, at the predetermined drive-vector, and the current wear (w) of the pump is determined, by a second computational method, which relates the current actual volume flow (Q.sub.act) to the computed volume flow (Q.sub.comp).
METHOD FOR DETERMINING A PRESENT STATE OF WEAR OF A HYDROSTATIC MACHINE
The present invention relates to a method for determining a present state of wear of a hydrostatic machine during the operation of the hydrostatic machine. The hydrostatic machine comprises a drive with variable rotational speed and a hydrostatic pump, wherein the drive is designed to drive the hydrostatic pump for generating a volume flow of a fluid, and wherein the hydrostatic machine is connected to a fluid transport channel in which the fluid is transported in a manner driven by the hydrostatic machine. The method has a step for determining a first torque of the drive at a specified drive vector. Furthermore, the method has a step for ascertaining a second torque of the drive at the specified drive vector using a first calculation method, and in addition, the method has a step for determining the present state of wear of the hydrostatic machine using a second calculation method, in order to compare the first determined torque and the second ascertained torque to one another.
Dosing device overcoming change in viscidity of detergent and method for controlling same
A delivery device for delivering a detergent independently of a change in a viscidity of a detergent and a method of controlling the same are provided. The delivery device includes a detergent storage; a pump configured to inject the detergent into a dissolving container a motor configured to drive the pump; a delivery container communicated with the detergent storage via a first one-way valve; the dissolving container communicated with the delivery container via a second one-way valve, the first and second one-way valves having opposite liquid conducting directions; a piston disposed in the delivery container; a crank-connecting rod mechanism constituted by the delivery container, the piston, a piston rod and a crankshaft; a contact switch; a cam disposed on a main journal of the crankshaft, a point of an outer contour of the cam triggering the contact switch to turn on and off once when the crankshaft makes one revolution.
CONTROLLER FOR PUMP SYSTEM
A pump control system includes a pump operable via actuation of an actuator that moves an actuating element to cause the pump to generate an intake stroke and a discharge stroke to pump media along a pipe or conduit. A sensor is disposed at the actuator and is operable to sense the position of the actuating element during operation of the actuator and pump. A controller is operable to control the actuator. The controller, responsive to an output of the sensor, determines the current position of the actuating element and automatically controls the actuator to provide a selected performance of the pump.
Method and fluid pump for conveying a fluid in a fluid circuit of a motor vehicle

Digital twin of centrifugal pump in pumping systems
A method and controller for creating a digital twin of a pump. The method includes receiving, by a controller, a specification curve corresponding to a centrifugal pump. The method includes building and executing, by the controller, a first model of the centrifugal pump, based on the specification curve. The method includes receiving sensor data corresponding to and during the operation of the pump. The method includes updating the first model according to the sensor data to produce an updated model, and storing the updated model as a digital twin of the centrifugal pump.
