Rod pump having a hydraulic cylinder and a variable speed reversible motor-generator
A system for energy recovery from a rod pump includes a reversible hydraulic pump; a variable speed reversible motor-generator connected to the reversible hydraulic pump; and a variable speed drive that operates the motor-generator to rotate the reversible hydraulic pump in a forward direction to pump hydraulic fluid to the rod pump during an upstroke, and to operate the motor-generator in a generator mode in which a weight of a rod string lowers a piston in the rod pump during a downstroke to pump hydraulic fluid to rotate the hydraulic pump in reverse such that the motor-generator generates electricity, and the variable speed drive modulates a speed of the motor-generator during the downstroke to modulate a speed of the reversible hydraulic pump to control a rate of flow of hydraulic fluid through the reversible hydraulic pump and thereby modulate a rate of downward motion of the rod string.
ELECTRICALLY ACTUATED PUMP
Automatic electric actuation of the pumping mechanism of a liquid dispenser apparatus is provided by configuring a hollow tube to cooperate with an electromagnetically driven actuator and further configuring the hollow tube to inter-fit with a stem of a liquid dispensing pump. Actuation of the actuator may, for example, drive the pump stem downwardly to cause a pumping action. Suitable actuators include, for example, solenoids, voice coil actuators and stepping motors.
Buffered pump system
A pump including an inlet one-way valve; a pump chamber downstream of and in fluid communication with the inlet one-way valve; a piston slideably engaged with the pump chamber; a piston cavity within the piston and in fluid communication with the pump chamber; a liquid accumulator operable within the piston cavity; an actuator engaged with piston; and an outlet one-way valve downstream of and in fluid communication with the pump chamber.
PUMP CONTAINER
A pump container includes: a container body in which contents are accommodated; a pump unit which is coupled to the top part of the container body and ejects the contents accommodated in the container body; a head part which is coupled to the top side of the pump unit and has a contents-moving hole that causes the contents delivered from the pump unit to move upward; a button part which is coupled to the top side of the head part, operates the pump unit according to a user's press, and has a nozzle formed on one side thereof for ejecting the contents, delivered via the contents-moving hole, to the outside; and a pressure-reducing check valve which is disposed between the pump unit and the contents-moving hole and opens or closes the contents-moving hole according to a press on the button part.
Pump operated by hand or pressurized air
A pump includes a cylinder having a lower end formed with a suction pipe; an inlet section including a housing, a lower externally threaded section, an upper externally threaded section, an upper nut secured to the upper externally threaded section, and an inlet having a valve, a first connector having one end connected to the valve, and a second connector having a connection element connected to the valve, a hollow projection opposite to the connection element and provided through the housing, and an axial hole through the hollow projection; a joining section secured to the cylinder and including a hollow first externally threaded section, a hollow second externally threaded section, and a hollow first internally threaded section secured to the second externally threaded section; a manual operation section including a piston rod extending downward from a spring biased handle into the cylinder; and an outlet section.
All Plastic High Pressure Pump
A manually operated, high pressure pump featuring all plastic construction, is presented. The high pressure is suitable for dispensing liquids in the form of mists. Used pumps do not require disassembly to be recycled.
Foaming soap dispensers
Various dispensing devices, such as foaming soap pumps, are disclosed. The soap pump can include a fluid storage unit and a fluid handling unit. The fluid storage unit can include a reservoir that is configured to hold a quantity of product, such as liquid soap. The fluid handling unit can include a pumping assembly and dispensing assembly. The soap pump can be configured to withdraw liquid soap from the reservoir, convert the liquid soap to foamed soap, and dispense the foamed soap from the discharge assembly.
Supply system comprising container for fluid and pump
A supply system has a pump unit and a support unit adapted to fit to the inner volume of a container holding a viscous fluid such as grease. The supply system pumps viscous fluid from a container (1) having an inner opening or volume, the supply system including a pump unit (2) having a pump (21) for pumping the fluid out of the container (1), and the supply system further includes a support unit (3)with a contact surface (7) facing the fluid inside the volume of the container (1) during operation wherein the support unit (3) is secured to the pump unit (2) such that the support unit and the pump unit (3, 2) move together, and the support unit (3) is movably mounted relative to the container (1) such that the support unit and the pump unit (3, 2) move relative to the container during operation.
Adaptive Lubricator Box
A lubricator reservoir uses adapter components so that the lube box that can be mounted on any high speed compressors. The use of a single lubricator reservoir with adapters for different compressors enables reduced inventory and guarantees the owner/operator can always get their compressors up and running in a timely manner and reduce lost revenue.
