Compressor unit, and compressor
Compressor unit (12) of a compressor (10) for compressing refrigerant, comprising a drive device, particularly a drive shaft (24), for driving one or more pistons (14) that are arranged in a radial direction and that can be moved back and forth in extension and retraction movements in corresponding cylinder bores (16), wherein the drive device is in operative engagement with an eccentric (28) that controls the extension movement of the pistons (14), said eccentric (28) also controlling the retraction movement of the piston (14), the invention further relating to a corresponding compressor (10).
RECIPROCATING COMPRESSOR
A reciprocating compressor 1A includes a compression part 2 compressing, by a piston 6, gas sucked into a cylinder 4 through a suction valve 36, and discharging the compressed gas through a discharge valve 51, a piston drive part 3 supplying a force to the piston 6 to reciprocate the piston 6 via a piston rod 9 coupled to the piston 6, and a housing 17 accommodating the compression part 2 and forming a vacuum region around the compression part 2.
Compressor assembly for a compressed-air feed of a compressed-air supply system
A compressor assembly includes a compressor having a cylinder and a connecting rod in a connecting rod plane. The connecting rod includes a compressor piston and a connecting rod bearing. The compressor assembly includes a drive having an axis of rotation, a drive shaft, and a housing. The drive shaft is mounted in a drive shaft bearing and has a connecting rod side end and a connecting rod remote end. The drive shaft has a connecting-rod receiving portion which is arranged eccentrically to the axis of rotation of the drive at the connecting rod side end.
Low disturbance cryocooler compressor
A compressor assembly for use with a Pulse Tube cryocooler is disclosed. The compressor assembly includes a central hub having a plurality of faces, and at least four compressor modules mounted on the central hub. Each of the compressor modules is mounted on a face of the plurality of faces. Each compressor module comprises a piston mounted in the central hub and configured to reciprocate along an axis of travel within the central hub. The pistons are mounted head-to-head with each other and collective reciprocation of the pistons along the respective axes minimizes vibration forces of the compressor assembly in X, Y, and Z translational axes of motion.
COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY FOR A COMPRESSED-AIR FEED OF A COMPRESSED-AIR SUPPLY SYSTEM
A compressor assembly for a compressed air feed of a compressed air supply system includes a compressor having a cylinder and a connecting rod in a connecting rod plane. The at least one connecting rod includes a compressor piston and a connecting rod bearing. The compressor assembly further includes a drive having an axis of rotation, a drive shaft, and a housing. The drive shaft is mounted in a drive shaft bearing and has a connecting rod side end and a connecting rod remote end. The drive shaft has a connecting-rod receiving portion which is arranged eccentrically to the axis of rotation of the drive at the connecting rod side end. The drive shaft bearing and the connecting rod bearing are arranged such that the drive shaft bearing is situated at least partially within the connecting rod bearing in a radial direction.
ROTARY CYLINDER DEVICE
A plurality of guide shafts which are disposed parallel to an input/output shaft (a first input/output shaft, a second input/output shaft) are assembled in a case body which holds a cylinder in which first and second piston sets, move reciprocally. A first guide bearing, which abuts both side surfaces of a first piston body and receives only lateral pressure generated by the reciprocal movement, and a second guide bearing, which abuts both side surfaces of a second piston body and receives only lateral pressure generated by the reciprocal movement, are assembled coaxially and separated in an axial direction on each guide shaft.
Piston cylinder arrangement for an oil free compressor having cooling passageways and method of cooling wrist pin bearing surface
A piston cylinder arrangement for an air compressor including a cylinder, a connecting rod having a wrist pin receiving end, a wrist pin provided in the wrist pin receiving end of the connecting rod, and a piston provided on the connecting rod via the wrist pin and positioned within the cylinder. At least one passageway may be defined in the wrist pin to permit air to flow into the wrist pin from the cylinder.
Radial piston machine and piston for a radial piston machine of this type
A radial piston machine includes a piston having a base which is provided with a roller. The roller is held secure by a bearing shell that is inserted in the piston base.
