Variable Capacity Compressor
A variable displacement compressor which prevents leakage of a refrigerant flowing directly into a suction chamber without passing via a crank chamber at a time of a minimum discharge displacement operation, thus making it possible to prevent an increase of a minimum discharge displacement by increasing a refrigerant pressure in the crank chamber, and in addition, making it possible to prevent insufficient lubrication of sliding portions and the like in the crank chamber.
Variable displacement swash plate compressor
A variable displacement swash compressor includes a housing, a drive shaft, a swash plate, a link mechanism, a piston, a conversion mechanism, an actuator, and a control mechanism. The swash plate is rotatable together with the drive shaft in a swash plate chamber. The conversion mechanism reciprocates the piston in a cylinder bore. The actuator is operative to change the inclination angle of the swash plate. The actuator is rotatable integrally with the drive shaft. The actuator includes a partitioning body, a movable body, and a control pressure chamber. The control mechanism changes the pressure of the control pressure chamber to move the movable body. The movable body and the link mechanism are located at opposite sides of the swash plate.
SWASH PLATE-TYPE COMPRESSOR
A swash plate compressor including rotor arms protruding from a rotor toward a swash plate and having rotor arm holes; swash plate arms protruding from the swash plate toward the rotor and having swash plate arm holes; and a link arm hingedly coupled to the rotor arms and the swash plate arms by link pins, in which the swash plate arms include a first swash plate arm positioned at a side in rotation direction of the shaft based on the link arm; and a second swash plate arm positioned at a side in a direction opposite to the rotation direction of the shaft based on the link arm, and in which the first swash plate arm has higher wear resistance than the second swash plate arm.
Variable displacement swash plate type compressor
When a suction pressure is lower than a set suction pressure, and a crank chamber pressure is higher than a control pressure in a second supply passage, a first valve body reduces an opening degree of a suction passage, and a second valve body opens a bleed passage. When the suction pressure is higher than the set suction pressure, and the crank chamber pressure is higher than the control pressure, the first valve body increases the opening degree of the suction passage, and the second valve body opens the bleed passage. When the crank chamber pressure is lower than the control pressure, the first valve body reduces the opening degree of the suction passage, and the second valve body closes the bleed passage.
Swash plate type liquid-pressure rotating device and method of manufacturing same
A swash plate type liquid-pressure rotating device includes a movement restricting mechanism configured to restrict a movement of a spherical bushing relative to a rotating shaft toward a first side in an axial direction. The movement restricting mechanism is a restricting member such that a portion of the spherical bushing which portion is located at the first side in the axial direction contacts the restricting member. The swash plate type liquid-pressure rotating device further includes: a stopper attached to the rotating shaft; and a gap adjusting member. The gap adjusting member is inserted into a gap G3 formed between the stopper and the bearing when the spherical bushing, the retainer plate, the shoe, and the swash plate tightly contact one another in the axial direction. The gap adjusting member restricts a movement of the rotating shaft relative to the casing toward the first side in the axial direction.
Hydraulic running surface
A hydraulic drive device includes a running surface having a pair of arcuate kidney ports formed thereon. The running surface also includes a plurality of pressure gradient grooves formed on the running surface, each pressure gradient groove having a proximal end adjacent to a respective one of the ends of one of the kidney ports and a distal end. The distal end of one of the pressure gradient grooves associated with one kidney port may overlap the distal end of a pressure gradient groove associated with the other kidney port. The distal end of at least one of the pressure gradient grooves is located outside the circumference of a pitch circle that passes through the center of each kidney port. The distal end of at least one of the other pressure gradient grooves is located inside the pitch circle circumference.

Slide member
Provided is a sliding member, method for manufacturing sliding member, and compressor swash plate using sliding member in which adhesion between the substrate and the resin is enhanced, and which has the excellent durability whereby peeling of the resin film from the substrate does not occur due to prolonged sliding even under harsh load conditions. The sliding member provides a substrate irradiated laser light with energy intensity per unit area of 0.053 J/mm.sup.2 or more and configured an uneven part formed toward a vertical direction by the irradiated laser light and a melted and solidified portion on the uneven part and a resin film including solid lubricant and a binder resin on the substrate.
