The second bore is separated into a plurality of distinct regions including a suction region and an economizer region. A plurality of valves includes a suction valve selectively operable to fluidly couple the suction region and the first bore, and an economizer valve selectively operable to fluidly couple the economizer region and the first bore.
Double-Chamber Piston Pump for the Distribution of Fluid Products
A piston pump is disclosed suitable to be installed on machines for dispensing fluid products, comprising a jacket, a piston device mobile with alternate motion inside said jacket and comprising a rod and a head. The pump also comprises a pipe for fluids to enter and a pipe for fluids to exit, said pipes being disposed on the same side of the jacket and on opposite sides with respect to the piston device.
Portable air pump including a piston movable relative to a cylinder provided with an axial member mounted through a third through-hole, and a head seat provided with a fourth through-hole, wherein an axial member is mounted through the third and fourth through-holes
A portable air pump includes an inflation assembly, a head seat pivotally connected to the inflation assembly, a pressure gauge disposed in the head seat, a connection assembly pivotally connected to the inflation assembly, and an axial member. The inflation assembly includes a cylinder and a piston rod moveable relative to the cylinder to compress the air inside the cylinder. One end of the head seat is provided with the containing groove, and another end of the head seat is provided with a pedal portion. The connection assembly is adapted to connect with an air-inflatable object. The axial member is mounted through the inflation assembly and the head seat and is connected to the connection assembly. The axial member is provided with an airflow channel communicating with the cylinder, the containing groove, and the connection assembly.
Linear compressor
A linear compressor includes a discharge valve detachably attached to a front end surface of a cylinder to open and close a compression space of the cylinder; and a valve spring elastically supporting a rear surface of the discharge valve to press the discharge valve toward the front end surface of the cylinder. The discharge valve includes reinforced fiber, and the reinforced fiber is arranged parallel to the front end surface of the cylinder. Accordingly, while a rigidity of the discharge valve is improved, a weight of the valve is reduced to enhance responsiveness of the valve, suppress abrasion of the cylinder, and reduce striking sound.
High Volume, Low Pressure Oilless Pump
A motor and pumping system which provides for high volume, low pressure, low cost, and ease of assembly as a breathing air supply such as for a submerged diver. The integration of the necessary elements gives rise to a unique ability to eliminate costly and complex motor bearings and simplify the motor design by reducing number of magnetic poles and electrical control elements which would traditionally be required to control the multiple poles of an electromechanical machine.
PORTABLE PUMP
A reciprocating air compressor arrangement includes a crank that drives a connecting rod and a piston within a cylinder. The connecting rod has a first end and a second end. The first end of the connecting rod is connected to the crank and the second end of the connecting rod is connected to the piston, with the crank provided to actuate the piston in a reciprocating motion within and relative to the cylinder so as to compress air within the cylinder. The reciprocating air compressor arrangement has a one-way flapper inlet valve allowing air to enter the cylinder, and a one-way outlet valve allowing compressed air to exit the cylinder. The inlet valve is biased to a partially open position.
Valve controlled vacuum system
A vacuum system for use with a deoxygenator system includes a housing, a movable assembly positioned within the housing, and a biasing mechanism coupling the movable assembly to the housing. The movable assembly is movable between a first position and a second position within the housing to form a low pressure area between the housing and the movable assembly. A control system including at least one pressure source is arranged in fluid communication with the low pressure area. The control system is operable to selectively communicate fluid from the at least one pressure source to the housing to form the low pressure area.
POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT MACHINE, COMPRESSOR, COOLING DEVICE, AND ELECTRONIC APPARATUS
A positive displacement machine includes a case including a tubular guide part in which a pressure chamber is provided, a slide member including a shaft extending in a first direction and a piston provided at an end portion of the shaft and disposed in the guide part, a coupling member coupled to the slide member and extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction, a first rotating member coupled to one end of the coupling member and configured to rotate around a first rotation axis extending in the second direction, and a rocking absorbing mechanism configured to absorb a rocking motion of the piston around an axis extending in the first direction. The rocking absorbing mechanism is provided between the coupling member and the slide member, between the shaft and the piston, or between the piston and an inner wall of the guide part.
FLUID PUMP
A fluid pump is shown, comprising: a chamber comprising an inlet and an outlet, the outlet comprising a non-return valve, the chamber having a cavity comprising a cylinder; a piston slidably disposed within the cylinder; and a Tesla valve in fluid communication with the inlet, wherein the fluid pump is configured to pump fluid from the inlet to the outlet by reciprocation of the piston within the cylinder.
Piston of Cylinder of Air Compressor
A piston of an air compressor contains at least one fixing bolt configured to fix a plane of a top of a head of the piston in at least one air stop sheet. A respective one of the at least one air stop sheet includes at least one bending section and at least one acting zone opposite to the at least one bending section and configured to cover at least one air orifice, and a back surface of the at least one acting zone of the respective one air stop sheet turns on relative to the plane of the top of the head at an open angle θ, thus producing an air flowing space. A pressure of a cylinder balances with atmosphere, and the piston is not stopped by a back-pressure resistance to move smoothly in upward and downward moving strokes after the air stop sheet moves again.
