Compressor including cylinder block corresponding to outer rotor type motor
A cylinder block for a compressor includes: a shaft support configured to support a rotary shaft of an outer rotor type motor; a first support that is arranged radially outward of the shaft support and that extends along a circumferential direction about a center of the shaft support; a second support that is arranged radially outward of the first support and that extends along the circumferential direction about the center of the shaft support; a third support that connects the first support to the second support; a cylinder portion that defines a cylindrical inner space at a position radially away from the center of the shaft support; and a noise chamber defined at at least one side of the cylinder portion.
Suction muffler for a reciprocating compressor
A reciprocating compressor includes a piston slidably mounted within a compression chamber and defining a suction port for receiving a flow of gas. A flex mount is mechanically coupled to the piston and has an inner surface that defines a suction cavity. A suction muffler is positioned at least partially within the suction cavity and includes an inlet tube extending along the axial direction within the suction cavity and defining an inlet passageway configured to receive the flow of gas and a plurality of chamber plates that extend along the radial direction from an outer surface of the inlet tube, the plurality of chamber plates and the flex mount defining a plurality of resonance chambers to reduce compressor noise.
COMPRESSOR
The present disclosure relates to a compressor including a case, a compression unit provided inside the case, and a driving unit, wherein the compression unit includes a cylinder having a compression space, a piston reciprocating inside the cylinder, a discharge cover covering the compression space, a first plenum disposed inside the discharge cover and having a discharge space and a coupling space, a second plenum disposed inside the discharge cover and defining a movement channel through which refrigerant moves, a rib disposed in the movement channel, and a communicating portion through which the discharge space and the movement channel communicate with each other, wherein the refrigerant discharged from the compression space moves along the discharge space, the communicating portion, and the movement channel, whereby pulsation caused by the discharge of the refrigerant can be reduced.
Air compressor
A wool-like fiber member that has high permeability and low absorbability is disposed around a discharge port of a discharge pipe that is configured to discharge condensate and compressed air stored within a tank.
COMPRESSOR
A compressor includes a drive mechanism and a compression mechanism having a discharge passage and a plurality of members disposed to overlap. The discharge passage includes a muffling chamber, an inflow passage connected to an inflow end of the muffling chamber, and an outflow passage connected to an outflow end of the muffling chamber. The muffling chamber is formed across two or more of the plurality of members. The compression mechanism includes first and second cylinders, and a second closing member that covers an opening surface a of the first cylinder and an opening surface of the second cylinder. The muffling chamber includes an expansion chamber having a passage sectional area larger than the inflow and outflow passages. The expansion chamber is formed across the second closing member, and the first and second cylinders.
COMPRESSOR
A compressor includes: a case, a compression unit that is provided inside the case and that includes a cylinder and a piston configured to reciprocate inside the cylinder to compress refrigerant, a driving unit that includes a stator disposed inside the case and a plurality of permanent magnets configured to reciprocate with respect to the stator and that is configured to provide a driving force to the compression unit, and a resonator that is configured to reduce noises generated while the compression unit is operated, that is disposed between the compression unit and an inner surface of the case facing the compression unit in an axial direction, and that is spaced apart from the compression unit.
Encapsulated refrigerant compressor
For a refrigerant compressor, a flexible connection element that connects an end segment of a suction connection piece, which end segment protrudes into the interior of a housing, to a suction sound damper, in particular to a suction opening of the suction sound damper. The end segment itself thereby serves for fastening the flexible connection element onto the end segment and/or the inner wall of the housing.
HERMETICALLY ENCAPSULATED REFRIGERANT COMPRESSOR
The hermetically encapsulated refrigerant compressor includes a cylinder, a reciprocating piston arranged in the cylinder and having a reciprocating piston axis, a valve plate comprising a suction valve opening and a discharge valve, a cylinder head on the side of the valve plate facing away from the cylinder, a cylinder head cover which has an outlet for compressed refrigerant, and a sound absorber. On the side of the valve plate facing away from the cylinder, a nozzle is arranged as an inlet for refrigerant to be drawn in, the nozzle having a first end arranged at the suction valve opening and a second end. The nozzle is inclined at a maximum angle of inclination of between −45° and +45° in relation to the reciprocating piston axis. The sound absorber has a housing with a suction opening into which the second end of the nozzle leads.
Portable air compressor
An air compressor includes a compressor assembly having an electric motor and a pump driven by the motor, a battery pack electrically connected to the motor for providing electrical power thereto, a storage tank that receives compressed air from the pump, and a case enclosing at least the compressor assembly and the storage tank. The case attenuates noise emitted by the compressor assembly.
Pump
The pump has a casing accommodating a piston and a driving part. The casing has a first casing member having a driving part retaining portion retaining the driving part, a second casing member fixedly stacked on the first casing member in the reciprocating direction of the piston, and a cylindrical pump chamber peripheral wall member disposed around a head of the piston. The second casing member has an end wall portion extending in a transverse direction substantially perpendicular to the reciprocating direction. A pump chamber, a delivery chamber, and a buffer chamber are defined between the first casing member and the end wall portion of the second casing member. The pump chamber, the delivery chamber, and the buffer chamber are disposed side-by-side in the transverse direction.
