Device and method for extending the lifespan of a shaft seal for an open-drive compressor
A device and method for extending the lifespan of a shaft seal for an open-drive compressor is provided. The device and method can also reduce and/or prevent deterioration of the shaft seal regardless of the operation condition of the open-drive compressor. The device and method can further reduce and/or prevent leakage of a lubricant and/or refrigerant that can cause deterioration of components within a transport refrigeration unit (TRU).
COMPRESSOR SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONDITIONING INLET AIR
The present disclosure provides a compressor system operable for compressing a working fluid such as air. A conditioner is positioned upstream of the compressor to reduce the humidity and may in certain forms control a temperature of the working fluid entering the compressor. An aftercooler and an oil cooler is positioned downstream of the compressor. A first heat exchange system may direct water from a source through the conditioner to the aftercooler and oil cooler. An oil heat exchange circuit directs oil from the compressor to the oil cooler and then to a regenerator prior to reentry into the compressor. A control system is operable for controlling portions of compressor system to provide inlet air to the compressor at a desired temperature and humidity.
Fluid plate assembly
The disclosure describes a fluid plate assembly that includes a plurality of fluid plates and one or more seals between the plurality of fluid plates. The plurality of fluid plates are coupled together to form a fluid passage. At least one fluid plate of the plurality of fluid plates includes a plurality of holes and one or more fluid channels. The plurality of holes are configured to spray pressurized fluid on at least a portion of one or more components of a rotary machine. The one or more fluid channels that form the fluid passage are configured to direct the pressurized fluid to the plurality of holes.
OIL SUPPLY DEVICE FOR COMPRESSOR, COMPRESSOR, AND REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT
The present application discloses an oil supply device for a compressor, a compressor, and refrigeration equipment. The oil supply device for a compressor includes: a piston cylinder with an inner chamber, a piston, and an outer housing; the outer housing includes a housing body and a separator, the separator has a separation board and a partition plate, forming an oil chamber between the separation board and the bottom of the housing groove, the partition plate divides the oil chamber into an oil intake chamber and an oil discharge chamber; one end of the piston cylinder extends into the housing groove. This embodiment conveniently realizes the arrangement of the oil intake chamber and the oil discharge chamber on the outer housing.

The oil supply device for a compressor includes: a piston cylinder with an inner chamber, a piston, and an outer housing; the outer housing includes a housing body and a separator, the separator has a separation board and a partition plate, forming an oil chamber between the separation board and the bottom of the housing groove, the partition plate divides the oil chamber into an oil intake chamber and an oil discharge chamber; one end of the piston cylinder extends into the housing groove. This embodiment conveniently realizes the arrangement of the oil intake chamber and the oil discharge chamber on the outer housing.
