The fluid storage unit can include a reservoir that is configured to hold a quantity of product, such as liquid soap. The fluid handling unit can include a pumping assembly and dispensing assembly. The soap pump can be configured to withdraw liquid soap from the reservoir, convert the liquid soap to foamed soap, and dispense the foamed soap from the discharge assembly.

Roll diaphragm compressor and low-pressure vapor compression cycles

The roll-diaphragm compressor can also include a flexible roll-diaphragm coupled to the compressor head about an edge with the roll-diaphragm driven in a rolling motion against the interface wall. The roll-diaphragm compressor can also include a compression chamber defined by the compressor head and roll-diaphragm that is configured for receiving a fluid via the inlet port in a first state, compressing the fluid based on the volume of the compression chamber being made smaller, and expelling the fluid in a second state via the outlet port.

RESIN MEMBER

A resin member capable of inhibiting generation of particles due to repeated bending thereof is provided. A rolling diaphragm 5 composed of a resin member has one surface formed as a liquid contact surface 37a, repeatedly bends when used, and has flexibility. A surface roughness of the liquid contact surface 37a at a portion 371 that bends is less than 0.40 μm as an arithmetic average roughness, and a total light reflectance of the liquid contact surface 37a at the portion 371 that bends is not less than 2.0%.

MINI AIR PUMP

A mini air pump which includes a diaphragm, a bladder base provided with penetrating bladder holes and air inlet channels, a pump body having a valve seat and a pump cover, an air inlet valve, an air outlet valve, a relief valve and a preload member is revealed. The valve seat is stacked over the diaphragm. An exhaust chamber and a spring chamber are constructed by the valve seat and the pump cover. The valve seat has exhaust channels communicating with the bladder cavity. A communicating return channel is constructed by the diaphragm, the bladder base and the valve seat. The return channel is communicating with the air inlet channel but not communicating with the spring chamber. A spring of the preload member applies a preload to the relief valve. Thereby the relief valve acts more accurately and the mini air pump is more stable in use.

High pressure pump and method for compressing a fluid

A high pressure pump is disclosed. The high pressure pump comprises a compression chamber having an inlet for connecting to a fluid supply to intake a fluid, and an outlet, an inlet check valve between the compression chamber and the inlet, a digital inlet valve between the compression chamber and the inlet check valve, a variable volume chamber connected to the compression chamber through a manifold and the digital inlet valve, and a plunger or piston configured to compress the fluid in the compression chamber and the variable volume chamber.

An infusion pump includes a core member and a bladder member which are substantially spheroidal at one end and cylindrical at the other end. The core member is inserted inside the bladder member and a ring member engages the cylindrical ends of the core and bladder member to sealingly secure the bladder to the core. A tubular hose is included and is coupled with an infusion port of the core member. When fluid is injected into the pump, it causes the bladder member to inflate substantially symmetrically and spherically around an axial axis of the core member. Upon deflating the bladder member, the fluid is ejected out of the pump at a constant flow rate.

Liquid dispensing

A device for dispensing a liquid may include a basin defining a reservoir, a pump including a barrel and a spring, the barrel coupled to the basin, the barrel defining a cavity, and the spring disposed in the cavity, and an actuator at least partially disposed in the reservoir, the actuator defining a first orifice, a second orifice, and a lumen extending between the first orifice and the second orifice, the reservoir in fluid communication with the lumen via the first orifice, the actuator depressible to move the second orifice in a first direction defined from the reservoir toward the cavity of the barrel, and the spring of the pump biasing the actuator to move in a second direction defined from the cavity of the barrel toward the reservoir.

DIAPHRAGM PUMP

A diaphragm pump is revealed. The diaphragm pump includes a pump device, a pump body, a top cover, and an air release valve head. The pump body includes at least two air inlet passages, at least one air outlet passage and at least one leak-proof/sealing passage, all selectively communicating with one cavity. The top cover includes a valve port, an air vent and an air outlet duct. Air pressure in the leak-proof passage acts on the air release valve head so that the valve port is closed by the air release valve head while the pump device is pumping air. The air release valve head and the valve port are separated from each other and then the valve port is communicating with the air outlet duct when the pump device stops pumping air. The pump performance is improved and no air release valve is required.
