WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY
20170328358 · 2017-11-16 ·

A water pump assembly includes a lower housing configured for being positioned within a well. The lower housing includes a bladder therein. The bladder expands to force water within the housing into an outlet of a valve apparatus and the bladder contracts to draw water into the housing. A cylinder and piston fluidly coupled to an inlet of the valve apparatus and the inlet is fluidly coupled to the bladder. A one way valve is positioned within the valve apparatus and fluidly connects an inlet chamber including the inlet to an outlet chamber including the outlet. The one way valve allows water to flow from the outlet chamber into the inlet chamber and restricts water from flowing from the inlet chamber into the outlet chamber. An outlet conduit is fluidly coupled to the outlet of the valve apparatus to carry the water where desired.

The pumping device includes a barrel, a cover, a pumping mechanism, a positioning ring, and plural posts. The barrel has plural first positioning portions extending upward near a bottom thereof. The cover is disposed on the barrel to selectively close the barrel. The pumping mechanism is disposed on the cover for pumping liquid in the receiving space outward or pumping liquid outside into the receiving space. The positioning ring is detachably combined by two semi-ring bodies and is sleeved onto the cover and the barrel to position the cover on the barrel. The positioning ring has plural second positioning portions. Each of the posts connects the positioning ring and the bottom of the barrel therebetween. Each post is detachably connected to one of the first positioning portions and one of the second positioning portions therebetween so that the two semi-ring bodies are unable to separate freely.

DOUBLE-ACTION PUMP CYLINDER

A pump apparatus for pumping fluid from a well has a cylinder having upper and lower ends with inlet ports, a hollow pump rod defining a plurality of pump rod entry ports, a travelling two-way valve separating a cylinder interior into variable volume upper and lower chambers and first and second one-way valves mounted to the cylinder to seal the inlet ports.

Well pump system

A well pump system can include piping having an end positioned proximate to an entrance end of a borehole (e.g., a water well), and piping having an end positioned proximate to an opposing end of the borehole. A connector can couple the piping together, where the connector has ports for aligning the piping to form a longitudinal passage. The well pump system may further include a valve in the piping that can open and close the longitudinal passage with an actuator to be actuated from the entrance end of the borehole. A pump may be coupled to the piping, and a rod can be used to operate the pump. An end of the rod can be positioned between the opposing end of the borehole and the valve and connected to a second rod inserted through the longitudinal passage when the valve is open to operate the pump.

Below motor equalizer of electrical submersible pump and method for filling

An electrical submersible pump assembly has a pressure equalizer coupled to a lower end of a motor. The equalizer has a motor lubricant passage through which lubricant in the motor communicates with motor lubricant in the equalizing element. A valve element in the motor lubricant passage has a closed upper position and an open lower position. The valve element has a drive member on an upper end that mates with a shaft drive member on a lower end of the motor shaft while the valve element is in the upper position and disengages from the shaft drive member while the valve element is in the lower position. A locking feature between the valve element and the motor lubricant passage retains the valve element in the upper position and is releasable in response to rotation of the motor shaft in a selected direction.
