Device for delivering liquid at a stable flow rate

A liquid delivery device includes a constant flow valve, a pump and channels. A medicinal solution bag is connected to the liquid delivery device. The pump has a suction aperture, a discharge aperture and check valves. The constant flow valve includes a valve casing and a diaphragm that partitions the interior of the valve casing to form a first valve chamber and a second valve chamber. A first opening, a second opening, and a third opening are provided in the valve casing. A conical spring arranged between and in contact with a top plate and the diaphragm is provided in the second valve chamber. The spring applies a pressure towards an O-ring side to a second main surface of the diaphragm.

The valve has a first ventilation hole, a second ventilation hole, a third ventilation hole, a first valve housing, a second valve housing, and a valve body. The first ventilation hole of the valve is connected to the connection hole of the inhaler. The second ventilation hole of the valve is connected to the suction hole of the piezoelectric pump. The third ventilation hole of the valve is opened to the atmosphere. The valve body is held between the first valve housing and the second valve housing, and configures a first region and a second region.

Herein, an apparatus operably connected to at least one pump for pumping fluids from a body of fluids is provided, the apparatus having a pump hose with a first intake end for receiving the pumped fluids and a second outlet end operably connected to the pump, a pump intake assembly, fluidically connected to the intake end of the pump hose, the pump intake assembly having at least one fluid control valve, a rotatable filter cage, centrally disposed about the pump intake assembly, and at least one fluid injection pipe centrally disposed within the pump hose for supporting the at least one fluid control valve, and for injecting fluids to drive the rotation of the rotatable filter cage. Herein, methods of utilizing the fluid pumping apparatus are provided.

Diaphragm pump and valve plate thereof

A diaphragm pump includes a valve seat, a head cover covered on the valve seat, and a pair of valve plates. A surface of the valves seat is formed concavely with a first receiving trough with a first flow passage, and a second receiving trough with a second flow passage. One of the valve plates is disposed in the first receiving trough, and the other one is disposed in the second receiving trough. The first and second receiving troughs respectively have a geometric shape corresponding with that of the valve plate. The valve plate has a sealing part, and at least one extending arm extended outwardly from the sealing part. The sealing part has a geometric shape being bilaterally symmetrical. The extending arm has an arced end. A gap is existed between an edge of the valves plate and the first receiving trough or the second receiving trough.

A fuel pump, is disclosed, including a power group having a housing, a coil, a pole piece and a movable armature; a valve group including a valve body, a plunger connected to the armature, a bushing in which the plunger is disposed, an inlet chamber, an outlet chamber, a pump chamber, an inlet valve disposed between the inlet chamber and the pump chamber and an outlet valve disposed between the pump chamber and the outlet valve; and an inlet filter coupled to a fluid inlet of the valve group. The inlet filter is disposed relative to the coil such that when the fuel pump is disposed within a fuel tank, a bottom of the inlet filter as oriented in the fuel tank is disposed above a fuel level in the fuel tank and the coil is at least partly submerged in the fuel.

Cylinder head assembly for reciprocating compressor

A compressor may include a housing, a piston, a valve plate, a discharge valve and a head cover. The housing defines a cylinder. The piston is disposed within the housing and is movable within the cylinder. The valve plate is mounted to the housing and may include a discharge passage extending through the valve plate and defined by a discharge valve seat. The discharge valve is movable between a first position in which the discharge valve is seated on the discharge valve seat to restrict fluid flow through the discharge passage and a second position in which the discharge valve is spaced apart from the discharge valve seat to allow fluid flow through the discharge passage. The head cover may include a guide post including a pocket that receives a valve stem of the discharge valve.

A valve member for a spring-loaded valve assembly includes a top portion having a spring retaining recess, the spring retaining recess extending into the top portion to form a void space, the void space to receive at least one coil of a spring, the spring retaining recess having a recess diameter that is smaller than a top portion diameter, wherein the recess diameter is larger than a rest diameter of a spring base including the coil, the spring retaining recess blocking expansion of the at least one coil when the spring is compressed. The valve member also includes a bottom portion coupled to the top portion. The valve member further includes a sealing element positioned axially below a shoulder of the top portion and legs coupled to the bottom portion.

The pump head assembly (100) includes a pump head body (101), a liquid suction valve assembly (102), a liquid discharge valve assembly (103), a spacer sleeve assembly (104), and an end cover (105); the pump head body (101) has a hollow chamber (101a); the liquid suction valve assembly (102), the spacer sleeve assembly (104), and the liquid discharge valve assembly (103) are sequentially installed in the hollow chamber (101a); the liquid suction valve assembly (102) includes a liquid suction valve seat (1021), a liquid suction valve core (1022), and a first reset spring (1023); the liquid suction valve core (1022) is slidably connected to the spacer sleeve assembly (104); the first reset spring (1023) is located between the spacer sleeve assembly (104) and the liquid suction valve core (1022); and the end cover (105) is detachably connected to one end of the pump head body (101). The pump head assembly (100) is reasonable in internal structure and long in service life.

A high pressure reciprocating pump (10) for high fluid pressures having a valve cartridge (57) positioned within a manifold block (15) of the pump (10). The valve cartridge (57) has a fixed body (58) with a plurality of equally spaced suction opening (69) extending therethrough. A central bore (70) of the valve cartridge body (58) has a valve assembly (72) mounted therein. Valve assembly (72) include a discharge valve member (74) and a two-piece suction valve member (280) mounted for sliding movement about the outer surface of discharge valve member (74). A spring (84) biased between spring retainer (87) and the two-piece suction valve member (280) continuously urges the valve members (74, 280) toward closed position. On the suction stroke, the two piece suction valve member (280) is opened and fluid through suction openings (69) enters the pump chamber (37). On the discharge stroke, high pressure fluid is discharged through the central bore (77) and lateral slots (79) of open discharge valve member (74) past seat (78). The two-piece suction valve 280 includes a spring seat 282 and a hard sealing member 284.
