Reciprocating Compressor Valves Arrangement
The present relation relates to the technological field of compressors. Problem to be solved: The current reciprocating compressors valves arrangements includes valves whose flexion area suffer from direct interference of the body disposed immediately over said valve. Such feature, besides damaging de valve movement, further causes wear phenomena on the flexion areas of the valve, which can result in critical fault of the valve and consequently of the compressor. Resolution of the problem: It is revealed a valve arrange whose end valve capable of moving includes a flexion area previously defined and intentionally misaligned with any contact area of the body immediately disposed over the valve.
SANITARY CHECK VALVE
A sanitary check valve having an open hook hinge coupling the valve disc to the valve body. The open hook hinge comprises a pair of open hook receivers coupled to the valve body, each open hook receiver adapted to receive a respective free end of a pin which is coupled to the valve disc. The open hook hinge prevents separation of valve disc from valve body during operations while permitting thorough cleaning and sanitation of sanitary check valve.
Check valve assembly
A check valve assembly for a compressor or a vacuum pump includes a valve body adapted to receive a valve plate pivoting between a first open position and a second closed position. The valve body is connected to a discharge port of a compressor unit or to the intake port of a vacuum pump. A second fluid conduit is attachable to the valve body and is connected to an external network. The assembly includes a shaft and at least one bearing for connecting the valve plate to the valve body. The valve plate includes an elongated area having a hollow tube through which the shaft is inserted for rotatably mounting the valve plate. At least one bearing is positioned on the shaft within the hollow tube.
Systems and methods for a reed valve module and a modular reed valve assembly
A reed valve module includes a module body and a reed petal. The module body includes a seating surface located on a first side of the module body and a sealing face located on a second side the module body. The reed petal is positioned adjacent to the second side of the module body and adapted to seal against the sealing face when the reed petal is in a closed position, wherein the reed valve module is a self-contained modular unit that is adapted to be inserted into a receiving cavity of a modular reed valve assembly such that the seating surface is positioned adjacent to a retaining surface of the modular reed valve assembly and an interfacing surface of the reed valve module is positioned adjacent to a second retaining surface of the modular reed valve assembly, and wherein the reed valve module is adapted to be captured and retained within the modular reed valve assembly between the first and second retaining surfaces.

Reciprocating-type compressor for refrigeration and/or conditioning and/or heat pump system
Reciprocating-type compressor for refrigeration and/or conditioning and/or heat pump systems, comprisinga casing in which there is defined at least one compression section comprising at least one cylinder and a corresponding compression piston, a head provided on said casing, defining a delivery chamber immediately down-stream of said compression section, and adapted to receive the compressed fluid from said compression section, an intake zone from where the fluid to be compressed in the at least one cylinder of said compression section is introduced, a delivery tap at the operational outlet of said compression chamber, characterized in that it comprises a check valve placed between said operational outlet of said compression chamber and said delivery tap, adapted to prevent the return of fluid into the compression chamber from said delivery tap.
Systems and methods for a reed valve module and valve assembly
Reed valve modules and corresponding reed valve assemblies are disclosed. In one embodiment, the reed valve module includes a body having a single or a plurality of sealing faces, a seat and flow passages from the seat to the sealing face(s). The reed valve module also includes one or a plurality of petals. In some embodiments, the module further includes a petal guard. Novel reed valve assemblies are disclosed incorporating the reed valve modules. One embodiment of the reed valve assembly includes a seat with a plurality of fluid conduits, a retainer plate with a plurality of fluid conduits and a means for receiving recesses between the seat plate and retainer plate. Other devices, systems, and methods related to reed valve modules and valve assemblies are also disclosed.
Fluid machine
A fluid machine includes a piston, a valve seat plate, a valve, and a valve retainer that reduces an opening amount of the valve. One end of the valve retainer is fixed with a fastener together with the valve to the valve seat plate. The fastener spans through the one end of the valve retainer and the valve to thereby fasten the one end of the valve retainer and the valve to the valve seat plate. A second end of the valve retainer that is opposite to the one end does not contact the valve seat plate.
