Double-Chamber Piston Pump for the Distribution of Fluid Products
A piston pump is disclosed suitable to be installed on machines for dispensing fluid products, comprising a jacket, a piston device mobile with alternate motion inside said jacket and comprising a rod and a head. The pump also comprises a pipe for fluids to enter and a pipe for fluids to exit, said pipes being disposed on the same side of the jacket and on opposite sides with respect to the piston device.
Ball non-return valve and diaphragm pump
A ball non-return valve that can be integrated with a diaphragm pump or the like, does not transmit strain generated by stress during valve assembly to a ball seal portion, and can stably maintain sealing performance, and a diaphragm pump are disclosed. The non-return valve includes a valve seat having a through-hole, and a ball that opens and closes a flow of a fluid through the through-hole. The valve seat made of a corrosion resistant material is composed of a first valve seat that can support the ball and seal the through-hole, and a second valve seat that has a substantially cylindrical shape surrounding the first valve seat and in which the space between a valve case and the second valve seat is sealed by an O-ring. Clearances d3 and d4 are formed between the first valve seat and the second valve seat, and a horizontal surface of a notched portion of the second valve seat is mounted on an upper surface of a flange portion of the first valve seat.
Feature set and methods for a digital positioner
A digital positioner for a valve includes a valve controller configured to obtain a set point value for a valve travel of a valve, and generate a pulse-width modulated current signal based on the set point value. The digital positioner also includes a current-to-pressure converter configured to receive the pulse-width modulated current signal from the valve controller, convert the pulse-width modulated current signal to a pulse-width modulated pressure signal, and provide the pulse-width modulated pressure signal to a pneumatic actuator in the valve to adjust a position of the valve.
Multi-Part Valve Assembly
The present disclosure discloses a multi-component valve system for use in pumps such as fracking pumps for use in subterranean resource production. The assembly includes a retaining pin having a retaining cap on its upper end. Located on the retaining pin are an insert retainer, an insert beneath the insert retainer, a valve beneath the insert, and a guide beneath the valve. The guide has a generally truncated pyramid shape, and a central portion on its upper end. The central portion is centered on the retaining pin. The retaining pin has an expanded lower end to secure the valve assembly together.
PUMP FOR SPRAYING LIQUID
A pump for spraying liquid according to one aspect of the invention can include a housing having an interior space for holding a content; a guide that moves up and down within the interior space and has an inlet hole connecting with the interior space; a piston that moves with the guide while maintaining contact with the housing and the guide and is capable of closing the inlet hole; a valve coupled to and connecting with the guide and protruding to the exterior of the housing; a shoulder coupled to an upper portion of the housing; and an elastic member having one end contacting the shoulder and the other end contacting the valve to provide an elastic force pushing the valve upward, where the elastic member can include a center portion and deformation portions formed as an integrated body such that the elastic member is capable of elastic deformation.
FLAP VALVE FOR DIAPHRAGM PUMP
One or more techniques and/or systems are disclosed for a flap valve in a diaphragm pump. The flap valve includes a body and a self-centering hinge portion. A front portion of the body includes a front surface having a raised portion and a recessed portion. The front surface is configured to form a seal with a surface of the pump when the body is in a closed position, the surface of the pump being at an inlet or an outlet of a pumping chamber. The body is configured to allow a downstream flow of a fluid when the flap valve is in an open position. The self-centering hinge portion is operably connected to the body. The self-centering hinge portion has a dynamically changing longitudinal axis. The body is configured to simultaneously translate and rotate about the dynamically changing longitudinal axis to form the seal.
SPHERICAL PUMP VALVE MADE OF SPECIFIC MATERIALS
A spherical pump valve. The valve includes a valve cage, a spring, a valve member, a valve seat, and a locking ring. The valve cage has a groove holding the spring and threads. The valve member has a stem and a trench holding the spring. The valve seat has a seating surface, threads that match the valve cage threads and upon threaded engagement secure the valve seat to the valve cage, and a channel. The locking ring is installed in the channel and secures the valve cage to the valve seat. The components of the valve are made of specific materials and, in one embodiment, the valve achieves a volumetric efficiency of about 95% at 250 rpm. Also disclosed is a pump including the valve.
FLUORORUBBER TUBE
A fluororubber tube is provided, which is formed from a rubber composition containing a fluororubber, and not less than 3.8 parts by mass and not greater than 4.1 parts by mass of a polyol crosslinking agent and not less than 3 parts by mass and not greater than 7 parts by mass of a carbon black based on 100 parts by mass of the fluororubber. Thus, the fluororubber tube is made less tacky by suppressing the intrinsic adhesiveness of the crosslinked fluororubber without formation of a coating film which may otherwise complicate the structure of the tube and the production process of the tube or may result in contamination.
INJECTION VALVE OF AN INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
An injection valve for being in contact with an abrasive fluid has a cylinder having a cylinder length, an inner cylinder diameter and a cylinder wall, and a piston having an outer piston diameter and an outer piston face, the piston being movable in the cylinder. A first tubular liner is arranged between the cylinder wall and the piston so that the piston moves, at least partly, within the first tubular liner, the first tubular liner having a liner length, a first inner liner diameter and an inner liner face that has coating.
Valve having a first and second obstruction confining the valve from leaving a confining region
Disclosed are techniques such as roll to roll processing to produce inlet valves for controlling entry of fluid into a compartment of a device. The valve includes a body having a compartment and an inlet into the compartment, with the inlet being bifurcated by a pair of spaced wall portions of the body that form a confining region and which pair of spaced wall portions together with wall portions of the body provide a pair of spaced inlet portions into the compartment and a valve member having a first portion that is position-able within a portion of the compartment, an intermediate portion, and a second portion coupled to the first portion by the intermediate portion, with the second portion position-able within the confining region and with the second portion having an obstruction portion.
