HYDRAULIC PUMP

In the hydraulic pump according to the present invention, a straight path among the paths, through which the fluid flows within the hydraulic pump, and a connection point on the straight path are formed to have curvatures, so that it is possible to prevent stress from being concentrated to the connection point, thereby improving durability, and it is possible to manufacture the hydraulic pump by forming a casting shape with a curvature in advance, thereby decreasing additional machining and decreasing costs of a product.

VALVE FOR THICK MATTER AND METHOD FOR ACTUATING A VALVE FOR THICK MATTER

A valve for thick matter and method for actuating a valve for thick matter, wherein, in a first switching operation, a valve element is switched between a first switching state (A) and a second switching state (B) by a first volume of hydraulic fluid being supplied to a control cylinder, and, in a second switching operation, the valve element is switched between the second switching state (B) and a third switching state (C) by a second volume of hydraulic fluid being supplied to a control cylinder. The first and second volumes of hydraulic fluid are supplied to the control cylinder by displacement of a metering piston of a metering cylinder from a first end position to a second end position.

Continuous Flow Pumping System
20180291881 · 2018-10-11 · ·

A continuous flow pumping system which provides a continuous flow of materials out of an outlet while eliminating rough stroke shift and boom bounce. The continuous flow pumping system generally includes a container for storing a material to be dispensed such as concrete. Cylinders are fluidly connected to the container such that the materials may be alternatively pulled into the cylinders or pushed out of the cylinders. A diverter valve is connected to the container adjacent the cylinders which includes a valve inlet through which the materials may be pushed to be dispensed and a pair of blocking portions which selectively cover the cylinders and also serve to cut through the materials. By rotating the diverter valve through a plurality of positions while independently controlling the intake and exhaust strokes of the cylinders, a continuous flow of materials may be ensured across all intake/exhaust strokes of the cylinders.

Container for accommodating high-viscosity materials

A container for accommodating high-viscosity materials, such as liquid concrete. The container has at least one bearing sleeve, which extends through a wall opening and is fastened in the container wall in a liquid-tight manner. A shaft extends through the bearing sleeve in such a way that an annular gap is left open. A shaft seal, which bridges the annular gap and is made of elastomeric material, is located at the container-interior end of the bearing sleeve. A lubricant is applied to the annular gap from the container exterior. The invention is characterized in that the shaft seal has, on the side thereof radially facing the shaft, a conveying thread that supports the conveying of the lubricant in the direction of the container interior, which conveying thread advantageously communicates with the container interior via a check valve open to the container interior.

COUNTERFLOW GUIDE FOR FLUID END

A counterflow guide includes a body with a first end surface, a second end surface positioned opposite the first end surface, and a sidewall connecting the first end surface to the second end surface. The counterflow guide also includes a discharge passage configured to direct a fluid to discharge through the body, from a discharge inlet to a discharge outlet. The discharge inlet is formed in the sidewall and the discharge outlet is formed into the first end surface.
