Liquid pump including a gas accumulation area and rankine cycle device including a liquid pump
A liquid pump includes: a casing; a feed pipe bringing liquid from outside the casing to inside the casing; a pump mechanism provided in the casing and including a suction hole for sucking in the liquid and a discharge hole for discharging the liquid sucked in via the suction hole; a suction space positioned in the casing on a suction-hole inlet side and making a flow path formed by the feed pipe and the suction hole communicate with each other; and a discharge space positioned on a discharge-hole outlet side in the casing and communicating with the discharge hole. The suction space includes a gas accumulation area that is positioned above a center of an opening at casing-side end of the feed pipe, when viewed vertically and that accumulates gas brought into the casing through the feed pipe together with the liquid to separate the gas from the liquid.
PUMP FOR AN ADDITIVE
The invention relates to a pump (2) intended to pump an additive in an SCR system for a vehicle. The pump is configured to rotate in a first direction of rotation in order to convey additive stored in a tank towards an injector via an injection channel. The pump includes a chamber (23) which houses a gear system (22). The chamber (23) is in fluid communication with the tank and the injection channel via an inlet channel (24) and an outlet channel (25) respectively. The pump is such that the inlet channel and the outlet channel are arranged so that after draining the injection channel, the chamber collects and retains the additive.
Trochoid pump with air ejection port
An air ejection port for ejecting air-mixed oil is structured with a first air ejection port provided on the inner peripheral side from an inscribed circle of an outer rotor and a second air ejection port provided on the outer peripheral side from a circumscribed circle of the inner rotor, the air ejection port can have an enlarged port area as the total of area of the first air ejection port and area of the second air ejection port in a state without being in communication with either of a suction port and a discharge port, and a disadvantage that a pump chamber of a previous stroke and a pump chamber of a subsequent stroke communicate with each other through the air ejection port can be avoided.
Vehicle
A vehicle including a housing supported on a framework member of the vehicle via a supporting member, a liquid medium supply unit fixed to the housing and driven by a motor to supply a liquid medium to a cooled or lubricated portion, and a first atmosphere communicating mechanism that establishes a communication between an inside of a motor portion of the liquid medium supply unit and atmosphere, the first atmosphere communicating mechanism including a volumetric member that is disposed apart from the liquid medium supply unit in a position higher than the liquid medium supply unit, that has a predetermined volumetric space, and that is fixed to the housing.
Mud Pump and Vacuum Gas Extraction System
Systems and methods for extracting hydrocarbon gas utilize a vacuum chamber with a mud chamber portion that is expandable and contractible. Gas is extracted at vacuum pressures.
Control device, control system, control method, recording medium and machine learning device
A control device that controls a target vacuum pump including a motor, including: a decision unit that decides, using at least one of target state quantities at a time of a past stop process of the target vacuum pump or another vacuum pump wherein the target state quantities are state quantities which fluctuate in accordance with a load at a time of a process of stopping a vacuum pump, a normal fluctuation range or a normal time fluctuation behavior of the target state quantity at the time of the stop process; and a control unit that controls the motor, wherein the control unit compares the target state quantity at the time of the process of stopping the target vacuum pump with the normal fluctuation range or the normal time fluctuation behavior, and changes a method of controlling the motor during the stop process depending on the comparison result.
Internal gear pump
An internal gear pump includes an outer rotor having internal teeth, an inner rotor rotatably disposed inside the outer rotor and having external teeth engaging with the internal teeth, and a pump housing. The pump housing includes: a holding recess rotatably holding the outer rotor and having a wall on which an outer peripheral face of the outer rotor is to slide; an inlet to take in a fluid into pump chambers defined between the inner rotor and the outer rotor; an outlet to discharge the fluid from the pump chambers; a case groove provided on the wall and to hold the fluid; and a joint groove provided on an upper land face defined between a trailing end of the inlet and a leading end of the outlet and on which the internal teeth and the external teeth are to slide.
Method for operating a multi-phase pump and apparatus therefor
The invention concerns a method and an apparatus for operating a multi-phase pump which has a suction-side inlet (10) and a discharge-side outlet (20) and which pumps a multi-phase mixture charged with solids, comprising the following steps: a. pumping a multi-phase mixture into a discharge-side separation chamber (45), b. separating a gaseous phase from a liquid phase and a solid phase in the separation chamber (45), c. separating the liquid phase from the solid phase in the separation chamber (45), and d. supplying a portion of the liquid phase freed from the solid phase to the suction side.
Device for sealing and evacuating a container containing a paste-like liquid
A follower plate device for sealing and evacuating a container that has a cylindrical inner contour and contains a particularly paste-like liquid. The device comprises a seal arranged on a periphery of the device and designed so as to be able to be inserted into the cylindrical inner contour of the container such that it seals around the periphery, and marking the boundary between an outer side of the device and an inner side of the device, and a line extending through from the inner side to the outer side of the follower plate device, arranged on the outer side for connecting to a line connection leading further to an evacuation pump. The follower plate device further comprises a replaceable open-pored porous component through which the line is guided.
