Pump assembly for a vehicle, and control system for a pump assembly and method
The disclosure relates to a pump assembly for a vehicle having an internal combustion engine with or without transmission or electric motor with transmission or for an oil supply having a double-pipe pump, wherein the two pipes are separated from each other and a second pipe can be connected to a first pipe, wherein the pump has at least one input drive point for an electric machine and also for a drive motor, including, for example, via a gearbox.
WORKING FLUID SUPPLY SYSTEM
A working fluid supply system is provided with: a first oil pump and a second oil pump driven by an engine; a switching valve configured to cause a discharge passage of the second oil pump to communicate with at least one of a supply passage and a first drain passage; and a controller configured to switch the switching valve. The controller is configured to switch the switching valve by spending a switching time that is set in accordance with a degree of pressure variation predicted to be caused in the supply passage when the switching valve is switched instantaneously.
HYDRAULIC DEVICE CONFIGURED AS A STARTER MOTOR
A hydraulic device is disclosed. The hydraulic device can include a rotor, a plurality of vanes and a ring. The ring can include a suction cavity and a pressure cavity. The suction cavity and pressure cavity can be configured for ingress and egress of a hydraulic fluid through the ring. The ring can include a suction port defined entirely by the ring and in fluid communication with the suction cavity. The suction port can be configured to receive hydraulic fluid from a first region between the ring and the rotor. The ring can include a pressure port defined entirely by the ring and in fluid communication with the pressure cavity. The pressure port can be configured to allow for passage of the hydraulic fluid from the pressure cavity to a second region between the ring and the rotor.

PROGRESSIVE CAVITY PUMP CARTRIDGE WITH INFRARED TEMPERATURE SENSORS ON FLUID INLET AND OUTLET
A system includes a pump, an inlet sensor, an outlet sensor, and a controller. The pump is configured for pumping fluid in a phacoemulsification system. The inlet sensor is coupled with an inlet port of the pump and is configured to sense an inlet temperature of the fluid at the inlet port. The outlet sensor is coupled with an outlet port of the pump and is configured to sense an outlet temperature of the fluid at the outlet port. The controller is configured to take a responsive action based a difference between the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature crossing a defined threshold.

Priming pump
A priming pump may include a housing; an inlet passageway inside of the housing; an outlet passageway inside of the housing; a divider, inside of the housing, separating the inlet passageway and the outlet passageway; a connecting passageway through the divider in fluid communication with the inlet passageway and the outlet passageway; a valve, disposed in the connecting passageway, configured for one-way fluid flow from the inlet passageway to the outlet passageway; a rotary pump, inside of the housing, having an inlet in fluid communication with the inlet passageway and an outlet in fluid communication with the outlet passageway; and a shaft connected to the rotary pump and extending through the housing, the shaft configured for rotation by an external driving mechanism.
OIL PUMP DEVICE
The present invention provides an oil pump device capable of preventing foreign matters from getting caught at a sliding part of an oil pump, and thus of preventing a situation where the oil pump is locked and prevented from rotating. The oil pump device includes an oil pump connected to a supply target apparatus by a hydraulic circuit, the oil pump discharging and supplying oil to the supply target apparatus through the hydraulic circuit; a motor driving the oil pump; a trapping member interposed along the hydraulic circuit, the trapping member trapping a foreign matter mixed in the oil discharged from the oil pump; and a motor control unit controlling the motor to perform a normal control mode of driving the oil pump in a normal control rotation range and perform, at operational start of the oil pump, a lock-avoiding mode of driving the oil pump with a lock-avoiding rotational speed set in advance as a lower limit.
