The movable scroll plate and the stationary scroll plate are provided with medium pressure passages that, during the rotation of the movable scroll plate, communicate the compression cavity with the back pressure chamber.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR OF AN ELECTRICAL REFRIGERANT DRIVE AND ELECTRICAL REFRIGERANT DRIVE
A scroll compressor of an electrical refrigerant drive contains a housing having a low-pressure chamber, a high-pressure chamber, compression chambers and a counter-pressure chamber. A stationary scroll has a base plate and a spiral wall, the base plate of the stationary scroll delimits the high-pressure chamber. A movable scroll has a base plate and a spiral wall which engages into the spiral wall of the stationary scroll and forms the compression chambers with the spiral wall. The base plate of the movable scroll delimits the counter-pressure chamber. A first fluidic connection is provided which connects the counter-pressure chamber to the radially innermost compression chamber, and the first fluidic connection is located in a positioning region of the radially innermost compression chamber between 75° to 195° following the merge angle.
Scroll compressor having cooling pipe moving synchronously with orbiting scroll and rotating with respect to crankshaft
A compressor includes an orbiting scroll, a cooling pipe and a crankshaft, the cooling pipe includes an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe, an axial through hole is provided at a center of the orbiting scroll, a sealing portion of the orbiting scroll is provided with a sealing groove, a mounting hole is provided in the crankshaft, the cooling pipe passes through the crankshaft and enters from a tail portion of the crankshaft, through the mounting hole, the axial through hole and the sealing groove, and then returns back on the same way, and a part of the cooling pipe is arranged in the sealing portion of the orbiting scroll, the cooling pipe moves synchronously with the orbiting scroll and rotates with respect to the crankshaft.
COMPRESSION MECHANISM AND SCROLL COMPRESSOR
Disclosed are a compression mechanism and a scroll compressor. The compression mechanism comprises an orbiting scroll and a non-orbiting scroll comprising a non-orbiting scroll end plate and forms a series of fluid chambers comprising an intermediate compression chamber. An exhaust communication space is provided on the second side of the non-orbiting scroll end plate, and the non-orbiting scroll end plate is provided with a pressure relief port which makes at least one intermediate compression chamber be in selective fluid communication with the exhaust communication space. An end plate surface on the first side of the non-orbiting scroll end plate is provided with an exhaust groove which is in communication with the pressure relief port, the pressure relief port can be in fluid communication with the at least one intermediate compression chamber through the exhaust groove.
SCROLL STRUCTURE AND COMPRESSOR
A scroll structure and a compressor are provided. The scroll structure has a first scroll plate, a second scroll plate matching the first scroll plate, a back pressure plate and a floating plate. The first scroll plate and the second scroll plate can move relative to each other. A recess is provided at one end of the second scroll plate facing away from the first scroll plate. A first through hole is provided on the second scroll plate. The back pressure plate is arranged in the recess. A gap is provided between the back pressure plate and a side wall of the recess. The floating plate is movably arranged on the back pressure plate. The floating plate covers the gap. A first chamber is formed among the second scroll plate, the back pressure plate and the floating plate. The first through hole is in communication with the first chamber.
Compressor having oil feeding channels
A scroll type compressor includes an orbiting scroll including an orbiting wrap and a fixed scroll including a fixed wrap, in which first and second oil channels are respectively configured to supply oil to inner and outer oil channels formed by the orbiting wrap and the fixed wrap. Thus, the scroll type compressor has an oil channel structure that allows oil feeding into to the scrolls.
