Vane rotary compressor
The present invention relates to a vane rotary compressor wherein the volume of a compression room is reduced and a fluid is compressed when a rotor rotates. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the present invention provides the vane rotary compressor for maximizing the rotational moment of a vane by extending a weight part at a front end part of the curved blade type vane so as to remove the hitting noise due to the delay of the rotational operation of the vane when the rotor is rotated, and increasing the performance by reducing the internal leak.

Each of the at least one vane may include an upper pin that extends upward, and a lower pin that extends downward, a surface of the first bearing may include a first rail groove into which the upper pin may be inserted, and a first step disposed adjacent to the first rail groove, and a surface of the second bearing may include a second rail groove into which the lower pin may be inserted, and a second step disposed adjacent to the second rail groove.
Rotary sliding vane machine with slide bearings and pivot bearings for the vanes
The invention relates to a rotary sliding vane machine (1) for fluid processing, comprising a housing (2) with a cavity (4) with a rotor (9). Vanes (12) are arranged in outwardly directed slots (13) in the rotor (9), and relative sliding between the vanes and the rotor provides spaces with variable volumes in the rotational direction. Each vane is supported by a vane bearing apparatus (102) comprising a slide bearing body (105) with a slot (13) forming a slide bearing for the vane (12), and a cylindrical convex face (116) facing away from the slot (13), and, on each side of the slot (13), a pivot bearing pad (106) with a cylindrical concave face (117) facing the slide bearing convex face (116), forming a pivot bearing for the vane.

Compressor with cooling pump
A compressor includes a compression mechanism, a motor, a drive shaft, and a motor cooler. The compressor is configured to compress a working fluid. The motor dives the compression mechanism and is housed within a motor housing. The drive shaft is engaged with the motor and the compression mechanism and is configured to drive operation of the compression mechanism. The motor cooler is disposed adjacent the motor and is configured to pump a cooling working fluid around the motor. The motor cooler includes a pump that pumps the cooling working fluid into the motor housing based on a rotational speed of the drive shaft.
Radial vane rotary compressor
A radial vane rotary compressor comprising a cylindrical casing with multiple independent vanes mounted radially on a centrally fixed shaft in the casing. An offset rotating cylindrical rotor (acts as a slider crank mechanism with each vane) drives the vanes, each with pairs of cylindrical slider segments to allow for sealed sliding and rotation of the vanes with respect to the rotor. The casing internal cylindrical wall is undercut slightly to allow for sufficient sealing aria of contact with the cylindrical rotor to separate intake port from discharge port.
Multi-vane impeller device
A device usable as an impeller has a plurality of vanes rotating eccentrically about a shaft. Eccentric rotation is enabled by a cam mounted on the shaft. The vanes are received within slots in a rotor which surrounds the shaft and rotates about an axis coaxial with the shaft. The rotor rotates within a housing having a cylindrical surface facing the rotor. The surface is eccentric to the shaft. The vanes execute reciprocal motion upon rotation of the rotor. The vane motion is constrained so that the edges of the vanes remain proximate to the cylindrical surface during rotation.
Vane rotary compressor having hinge receiving portions formed on an outer peripheral surface of a rotor with a plurality of vanes including a hinge portion and a blade portion
Disclosed herein is a vane rotary compressor in which a fluid such as a refrigerant is compressed while a volume of a compression chamber is reduced during rotation of a rotor. There is provided a vane rotary compressor capable of preventing a delay of rotation operation of a vane by respectively forming oil films on both sides of a hinge portion of the vane in a rotation direction thereof and smoothly sliding the hinge portion.
