Accordingly, an elastic strain of the partition wall may increase to reduce friction loss between the vane slot and a vane, a sealing distance may be secured between axial side surfaces of the partition wall to prevent refrigerant leakage between the vane slot and the suction port, an amount of oil or refrigerant stored between the vane and the vane slot may be increased by virtue of the at least one elastic portion formed on an inner surface of the vane slot defining the partition wall, thereby improving lubricity.
Variable-capacity control structure, compressor and variable-capacity control method thereof
Disclosed are a variable-capacity control structure, a compressor and a variable-capacity control method thereof. The variable-capacity control structure includes: a variable-capacity assembly and a sliding vane restraint unit; the variable-capacity assembly is provided outside a housing of a compressor to which the variable-capacity control structure is attached, and is configured to act in a setting order; the sliding vane restraint unit is provided inside a pump body of the compressor, and is configured to cause a variable-capacity cylinder assembly in the compressor to be in a working state or an idling state under controlling the variable-capacity assembly to act in the setting order. By the solution of the present disclosure, advantages that vibration is reduced, compressor is not easy to shut down and pipeline is not easy to break are implemented.
Compressor having intermediate passage capable of conveying accumulated oil to a second compression part and air conditioner including same
Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a compressor and an air conditioner with the compressor. The compressor includes: a first compression part, a second compression part, an intermediate cavity and an intermediate passage. Refrigerant discharged from the first compression part enters the intermediate cavity. The intermediate passage communicates with the intermediate cavity and an inner cavity of the second compression part. A bottom port of the intermediate passage is located at a bottom of the intermediate cavity, and air supplement refrigerant and/or the refrigerant discharged from the first compression part are used to convey accumulated oil in the intermediate cavity to the inner cavity of the second compression part. When only the refrigerant is used to convey the accumulated to the inner cavity of the second compression part, at least a part of the intermediate passage is located outside of a housing assembly of the compressor.
ROTARY COMPRESSOR
A rotary compressor is provided that may include a cylinder having an inner peripheral surface defining a compression space; a roller rotatably provided in the compression space, and including a plurality of vane slots at a predetermined interval along an outer peripheral surface, each providing a back pressure; and a plurality of vanes slidably inserted into the plurality of vane slots to rotate together with the roller, front end surfaces of which come into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder due to the back pressure to partition the compression space into a plurality of compression chambers. The cylinder may further include a suction flow path for refrigerant that may include a suction port that communicates with the compression space to suction the refrigerant in a lateral direction, and a suction passage disposed in a direction that crosses the suction port to provide communication between the compression space and the suction port.
ROTARY COMPRESSOR
A compressor includes: an annular cylinder; a rotation shaft which is rotated by the motor; a piston which revolves along an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder, and forms a cylinder chamber on the inside of the cylinder; a vane which protrudes to the inside of the cylinder chamber from a vane groove provided in the cylinder, and divides the cylinder chamber into an inlet chamber and a compression chamber by abutting against the piston; and an injection hole which injects a liquid refrigerant to the inside of the compression chamber. The center of the injection hole is disposed to be within a fan-like range of which a center angle is equal to or less than 40° toward a side opposite to a connection position between the compressor housing and the inlet unit from a center line of the vane groove in the circumferential direction of the rotation shaft.
COMPRESSOR WITH LIQUID INJECTION COOLING
A compressor includes: a casing with an inner wall defining a compression chamber, an inlet leading into the compression chamber, and an outlet leading out of the compression chamber; a rotor rotatably coupled to the casing for rotation relative to the casing; and a gate coupled to the casing for movement relative to the casing. The gate may be pivotally, or translationally coupled to the casing. A hydrostatic bearing may be disposed between the gate and casing. A plurality of compressors may be mechanically linked together such that their compression cycles are out of phase.
Two-stage compressor with a gas storage chamber between stages and air conditioner having same
Disclosed are a compressor and an air conditioner having same. The compressor includes: a first-stage cylinder, including a first-stage compression chamber; and a second-stage cylinder, including a second-stage compression chamber and a gas storage chamber. Refrigerant flowing out of the first-stage compression chamber flows through the storage chamber and enters into the second-stage compression chamber, and a flow area of the gas storage chamber is larger than an area of a gas outlet of the first-stage compression chamber. The compressor effectively solves problems that power consumption of the compressor is increased and performance is reduced due to large resistance loss in the cylinder of the compressor.
