Pump body assembly and assembly method therefor

Provided are a pump body assembly and an assembly method therefor. The pump body assembly includes a first cylinder assembly (10), a second cylinder assembly (20) and a third cylinder assembly (30) sequentially arranged in a vertical direction. At least one of the first cylinder assembly (10), the second cylinder assembly (20) and the third cylinder assembly (30) is provided with a positioning detection portion (40).

Disclosed is a compressor having a torque load reducing unit for moving a center of weight to which a gas force is applied. As the torque load reducing unit is formed at an oval-shaped roller, a distance between a rotation center of the roller and an operation point to which a gas force is applied becomes short. This can reduce a torque load to the roller, and can enhance compression efficiency.

A compressor includes a drive shaft having a main shaft and an eccentric portion, and a compression mechanism having a fitted tubular portion into which a fitted shaft portion of the drive shaft is fitted. The fitted shaft portion and the fitted tubular portion slide relative to each other with an oil film interposed between. The fitted tubular portion has first and second sliding surfaces formed as portions of an inner peripheral surface of the fitted tubular portion in the circumferential direction. The second sliding surface has a smaller axial width than the first sliding surface. A sliding portion between the fitted shaft portion and the fitted tubular portion has a gap adjacent to the second sliding surface into which a lubricating oil flows, and an oil retainer to keep the lubricating oil in the gap from flowing out toward an end surface of the fitted tubular portion.

ROTARY COMPRESSOR

The present disclosure may provide a compressor in which an outer circumferential side cross-sectional area of a vane slot is formed to be smaller than an inner circumferential side cross-sectional area thereof to decrease an area receiving a force in a roller direction by a vane so as to reduce a contact force between the roller and the vane, and a gas accommodation portion capable of selectively forming a suction pressure and an intermediate pressure is formed between the vane and the vane slot to appropriately control a contact force between the vane and the roller, and a contact surface of the vane facing the roller is broadly formed at a side of a compression chamber to appropriately reduce a contact force between the roller and the vane, and a space portion forming a discharge pressure is formed at least either one side of a side surface of the vane and a cylinder corresponding thereto to decrease a side directional reaction force applied to the vane, thereby reducing a mechanical friction loss between the vane and the cylinder.

Compressor

A compressor having a torque load reducing unit to move a center of weight to which a gas force is applied is provided. As the torque load reducing unit is formed at an oval-shaped roller, a distance between a rotation center of the roller and an operation point to which a gas force is applied is shortened. This may reduce a torque load to the roller, and may enhance a compression efficiency.

Compressor having a lubrication surface formed on a roller thereof

Disclosed is a compressor. A lubrication surface, which has the same curvature as an inner circumferential surface curvature of a cylinder and which has a predetermined circumference length, is formed on an outer circumferential surface of a roller contacting an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder. With such a configuration, since the outer circumferential surface of the roller contacting the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder come in surface-contact with each other, an oil film is formed between the roller and the cylinder with a wide area. This can reduce a frictional loss.

Rotary compressor having fluid passage between sliding vane and vane slot

A compressor is provided in which an outer circumferential side cross-sectional area of a vane slot is formed smaller than an inner circumferential side cross-sectional area thereof to decrease an area receiving a force in a roller direction by a vane to reduce a contact force between the roller and the vane, and a gas accommodation portion selectively forming a suction pressure and an intermediate pressure is formed between the vane and the vane slot to control the contact force. A contact surface of the vane facing the roller is formed at a side of a compression chamber to reduce the contact force, and a space forming a discharge pressure is formed at at least either one side of a side surface of the vane and a cylinder to decrease a side directional reaction force applied to the vane, thereby reducing a friction between the vane and the cylinder.
