At least one surface of the vane in contact with the main bearing and the sub bearing may be a curved surface having a predetermined curvature.
Valve arrangement, in particular a reflux valve with a pressed-in ball holder
A valve arrangement to allow a fluid flow in a first direction and block it in a second direction opposite the first direction. The valve arrangement includes: a fluid channel, a valve seat and a closing body arranged in the fluid channel. The closing body prevents fluid flow in the second direction when resting against the valve seat and allows fluid flow in the first direction when the closing body is lifted off the valve seat; a closing body holder in the fluid channel configured to restrict movement of the closing body in the first direction when the closing body is lifted off the valve seat. The closing body holder held on an inner circumferential wall of the fluid channel in a frictional fit and/or movable in the first direction in a position in which the closing body holder is held on an inner circumferential wall of the fluid channel.
Positive displacement pump having an eccentric piston
Some embodiments are directed to a positive displacement pump having an eccentric piston, comprising a tube having a first end and a second end that is terminated by a cylinder secured to a delivery zone, the tube including an intake opening and a delivery opening, a drive shaft extending between the transmission zone and the tube, a piston arranged in the delivery zone and mounted in a sliding manner at the end of the shaft, being pressed against the cylinder by an elastic presser so as to prevent fluid displacement between the tube and the delivery zone when the pump is dry, and the elastic presser is provided to press the piston against the cylinder when the pump is running under load.

Vane rotary compressor
The present invention relates to a vane rotary compressor wherein the volume of a compression room is reduced and a fluid is compressed when a rotor rotates. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the present invention provides the vane rotary compressor for maximizing the rotational moment of a vane by extending a weight part at a front end part of the curved blade type vane so as to remove the hitting noise due to the delay of the rotational operation of the vane when the rotor is rotated, and increasing the performance by reducing the internal leak.
Pendulum oil pump
A pendulum pump includes a housing, a cover positioned on the housing and forming a cavity therebetween, an inner rotor and an outer rotor positioned within the cavity, wherein the inner rotor is connected via a plurality of pendulums to the outer rotor, and the pendulums are mounted to the outer rotor in an articulated manner such that a rotational eccentricity can be imparted between the inner rotor and the outer rotor to control a flow rate of the pendulum pump, and a protective plate positioned within the cavity and against a surface of one of the housing and the cover.
VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT VANE PUMP WITH IMPROVED PRESSURE CONTROL AND RANGE
An arrangement of a variable capacity vane pump for an automobile is provided that includes a pump housing having an outlet and inlet. A pump control ring is provided having a cavity. The control ring is positioned within the housing to move about a pivot. A vane pump rotor is positioned within the cavity of the pump control ring. A position of the pump control ring determines an offset between a center of the pump control ring cavity and an axis of rotation of the vane pump rotor. Vanes are provided that are driven by the rotor and which engage an interior surface of the pump control ring. The vanes and the engaged surface defining working fluid chambers. A first control chamber is provided. The first control chamber is exposed to a first side of the pivot between the pump housing and the outer surface of the pump control ring. The first control chamber is operable to receive pressurized fluid to create a force to move the pump control ring to reduce a volumetric capacity of the pump. A second control chamber, positioned between the pump inlet and outlet is provided that provides a hydraulic force to increase the volumetric capacity of the pump.
Vane rotary compressor
A rotary compressor may include a casing, a cylinder, a main bearing, a sub bearing, a rotational shaft, a roller having at least one vane slot and a back pressure chamber, and at least one vane. The roller may include at least one spring insertion groove formed in an inner end portion of the at least one vane slot in a lengthwise direction of the at least one vane slot, and a vane spring that supports a rear surface of the vane toward an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder may be disposed in the at least one spring insertion groove. Accordingly, elastic force may be supplied to the rear surface of the vane, to suppress or prevent trembling of the vane caused while the vane passes through a proximal portion during operation.
Variable volume chamber device
A variable volume chamber device is disclosed. The chambers may be defined by the space between four pivotally connected vanes contained within a housing. The vanes may be connected so as to create a sealed interior chamber that may be used as a combustion chamber in an internal combustion engine, or as a pumping chamber in a pump or compressor. The four-vane assembly may also form additional variable volume chambers between the vanes and a surrounding structure. The plurality of variable volume chambers may be interconnected to progressively act on a working fluid.
