Rotary compressor
A rotary compressor includes a cylinder with a vane slot and a suction port. A vane is slidably disposed in the vane slot. The suction port guides fluid to a compression chamber at one circumferential end of the vane slot. The suction port may be formed in a recessed manner in a radial direction such that at least an end of the suction port in contact with an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder forms a slot shape extending between opposite axial side surfaces of the cylinder. A circumferential length of the suction port is reduced from conventional suction ports as a result of the slot configuration, thereby advancing the compression start angle, and a partition wall portion between the suction port and the vane slot may have elasticity, thereby suppressing close contact between the vane and the vane slot.
USE OF A COMPOSITION AS REFRIGERANT IN COMPRESSOR, COMPRESSOR, AND REFRIGERATION CYCLE APPARATUS
Damages to a refrigerant circuit of a refrigeration cycle apparatus due to a disproportionation reaction are suppressed. The use of a composition as a refrigerant in a compressor is use of, as a refrigerant, a composition containing one or two or more compounds selected from a group consisting of ethylene-based fluoroolefin, 2,3,3,3-Tetrafluoropropene (HFO-1234yf), and 1,3,3,3-Tetrafluoropropene (HFO-1234ze) in a compressor that includes a terminal (200) including a terminal pin (220) and a body (210) to which the terminal pin (220) is fixed, and the terminal pin (220) is fixed to the body (210) with a fixing adhesive (240) having a melting point or a softening point of 1000 C. or less.
Rotary compressor having a rolling piston with coupling groove
A rotary compressor includes a cylinder, a drive unit, a piston, a vane, and an oil passage. The cylinder includes a suction chamber for suctioning fluid and a compression chamber for compressing fluid. The drive unit rotates a drive shaft by connecting to the cylinder. The piston oscillates in the cylinder by connecting to the drive shaft. The vane extends between the cylinder and the piston so as to separate the suction chamber from the compression chamber, and some parts of the length of the vane are inserted into a slide groove formed in the cylinder. One end of the vane is connected to the coupling groove formed in the piston. The oil passage is disposed between one end of the vane and the rolling piston so as to receive oil therethrough.

Hydraulic pump having a cylindrical roller within a housing having an inlet gallery and an outlet gallery formed in a circumferential outer surface of the housing
A hydraulic pump is described comprising a rotor provided for rotation about a longitudinal axis (X-X) within a housing. The pump comprises a plurality of chambers for pumping a fluid that are provided by longitudinally extending recesses in a circumferential outer surface of the rotor. During use the recesses are moved across a circumferential inner surface of the housing, and in so doing, are moved over an inlet port in the housing to draw fluid into the chamber and then over an outlet port in the housing to discharge the fluid. The hydraulic pump further comprises a roller that is mounted in a longitudinally extending pocket of the housing. The roller is positioned after the outlet port in a direction of the rotor's rotation and is arranged to follow the outer surface of the rotor and seal against each recess as it is drawn past the roller, thereby directing fluid from the chamber into the outlet port.

Compressor and air conditioner including the same
A compressor and an air conditioner including the same having an improved structure capable of decreasing a discharge temperature of the compressor. The compressor which compresses and discharges refrigerant includes a casing defining an external appearance thereof, at least one cylinder including an inner space, a rolling piston which eccentrically turns in the inner space, a vane which radially abuts the rolling piston and divides the inner space into a suction chamber and a compression chamber, and a vane chamber recessed outward of the inner space such that the vane advances and retreats, a plurality of plates disposed above and below the at least one cylinder so as to define the inner space, an injection line provided in one of the at least one cylinder and the plural plates, and a check valve installed on the injection line.
