A rotary compressor includes a cylinder having a vane slot and a compression chamber, a shaft having an eccentric portion and configured to perpendicularly pass through a center of the compression chamber, a roller having a coupling groove and configured to orbit in the compression chamber by rotation of the shaft, and a vane having a vane hinge coupled to the coupling groove and a vane body being inserted into the vane slot and configured to divide the compression chamber into a discharge space and a suction space. A shape of the discharge-sided groove close to the discharge space and a shape of the suction-sided groove close to the suction space are asymmetrically formed between the vane hinge and the vane body with respect to the a central axis of the vane.

A rotating device includes a cylinder body, a front end cover, a rear end cover, a main shaft, an eccentric rotor assembly and an isolation mechanism. The eccentric rotor assembly includes an eccentric shaft, a rolling piston wheel and at least one rolling bearing. In the rotating device, the eccentric shaft is isolated from the rolling piston wheel by the rolling bearing and the two are rotated, and the cylinder body is reliably sealed by an elastic pre-tightening force. Further provided are a rotor compressor using the rotating device, and a fluid motor. A rotating valve body and a rotating valve body reset mechanism in the rotating device are also improved.

One end of each of the movable vanes is rotatably connected to the first rotor, and the other ends of the movable vanes are rotatably connected to the second rotors. The first rotor is disposed on a main shaft. The cylinder body is provided with a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet respectively corresponding to an expansion area and a compression area of a space between adjacent movable vanes. The pump has a simple structure, high efficiency, low cost, multiple operation conditions, high stability, and a long service life, can operate in a high-speed/ultra-high speed range without being sealed by an elastic device, and has a small radial impact in operation.
