PUMP APPARATUS, TEST OPERATION METHOD OF PUMP APPARATUS, MOTOR ASSEMBLY AND METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING ABNORMAL VIBRATION OF MOTOR ASSEMBLY
There is disclosed a pump apparatus which can more accurately determine the occurrence of an abnormal vibration. The pump apparatus includes: a pump; an electric motor for driving the pump; an inverter as a speed changing means for the electric motor; a vibration detector for detecting at least one of a vibration of the pump, a vibration of the electric motor and a vibration of the inverter; and a controller for controlling the pump. The controller includes a storage unit for storing a measured vibration value measured by the vibration detector. The storage unit has a storage table which, when the rotational speed of the pump is increased stepwise to a predetermined rotational speed, stores the measured vibration value measured at each step.
FLUID TRANSFER APPARATUS
The present invention provides a fluid transfer apparatus comprising: a rotating shaft comprising a rotation unit extending along an axial direction and a first eccentric unit and a second eccentric unit disposed to be spaced apart from each other along the axial direction; a first rotor housing forming a first fluid compression space in the shape of an epitrochoid curved surface; a second rotor housing forming a second fluid compression space in the shape of an epitrochoid curved surface, and positioned to be spaced apart from the first rotor housing along the axial direction; a first rotor disposed in the first fluid compression space so as to delimit the first fluid compression space into multiple variable-displacement spaces, and coupled to the first eccentric unit while surrounding the first eccentric unit in the radial direction of the first eccentric unit; and a second rotor disposed in the second fluid compression space so as to delimit the second fluid compression space into multiple variable-displacement spaces, and coupled to the second eccentric unit while surrounding the second eccentric unit in the radial direction of the second eccentric unit.
Drive for a compressor element and water injected compressor device provided with such a drive
An actuator for a compressor element, the actuator comprising an electrical motor with a motor casing which defines a motor chamber in which a motor rotor is positioned rotatably with the help of one or more motor bearings in relation to a motor stator, whereby the motor stator is built of laminations around which windings are attached and whereby the motor rotor is built of a shaft with laminations, whereby the actuator is further equipped with a cooling circuit for a coolant, wherein the coolant is water, the motor bearings are water-lubricated, the shaft on the motor rotor is made from stainless steel, the windings are embedded in an epoxy resin and a composite sleeve is applied around each of the laminations on the motor rotor and on the motor stator.
High-pressure pump
The present invention provides a high-pressure pump. The high-pressure pump comprises a motor assembly, a gear assembly, a plunger assembly, a pump head assembly and a water inlet and outlet valve assembly. The motor assembly comprises a motor and a dual-layer housing. An annular water channel surrounding a motor stator is formed at the dual-layer housing. The periphery of the motor stator coil is filled with heat-conductive material, and the heat of the motor stator coil is conducted to the annular water channel through the heat-conductive material to perform active heat dissipation for the motor stator coil. Therefore, the cooling efficiency is high and the structure is simple.
