Rotational metering pump for insulin patch
A rotary pump for a fluid metering system is provided. The rotary pump reciprocates, and is reversed by a signal from a limit switch that is deflected by an actuator arm on a rotating sleeve of the pump system. The rotary pump includes a plunger and optional stopper formed from a two-shot molding process, and including seals overmolded onto the head of the plunger and the head of the optional stopper.
Pumping fluid delivery systems and methods using force application assembly
A method of dispensing a therapeutic fluid from a line includes providing an inlet line connectable to an upstream fluid source. The inlet line is in downstream fluid communication with a pumping chamber. The pumping chamber has a pump outlet. The method also includes actuating a force application assembly so as to restrict retrograde flow of fluid through the inlet while pressurizing the pumping chamber to urge flow through the pump outlet. A corresponding system employs the method.
ELECTRIC COMPRESSOR, INVERTER ASSEMBLY JIG AND INVERTER MANUFACTURING METHOD
An electric compressor, an inverter assembly jig and an inverter manufacturing method, an inverter of the compressor includes a frame coupled to a circuit board, the frame includes a base plate opposite the circuit board, fixing means protruding from the base plate and supporting an outer periphery of the circuit board, and a through-hole formed at a position corresponding to the fixing means, the inverter assembly jig includes an expansion pin inserted into the through-hole, and an expansion pin actuation mechanism moving the expansion pin closer to and away from the fixing means, the inverter method includes inserting the expansion pin into the through-hole, manipulating the expansion pin actuation mechanism to deform the fixing means, seating the circuit board on the base plate, and manipulating the expansion pin actuation mechanism so that the fixing means is restored and coupled to the circuit board.
GEAR PUMP AND DRIVE MACHINE
A gear pump having a drive shaft and at least two gear wheel pairs which each include a drive gear wheel and a driven gear wheel. The two gear wheels of a gear wheel pair are in meshing engagement with one another, and the drive gear wheels are arranged on the drive shaft and in torque-transmissive engagement with the drive shaft. The gear pump has a freely rotatably mounted shaft on which the driven gear wheels of the gear wheel pair are arranged in torque-transmissive engagement, wherein the driven gear wheels are mounted on the freely rotatably mounted shaft by means of a clearance fit.
Pump comprising an attached gasket
A pump for applying fluid, the pump including: a pump housing, including: a fluid inlet on a low-pressure side; an fluid outlet on a high-pressure side; a circumferential wall surrounding the pump delivery chamber; and an end-facing wall featuring an outer end-facing surface facing axially away from the delivery chamber and at which the outlet emerges; a delivery member, moveable in the delivery chamber, for delivering the fluid from the low-pressure side to the high-pressure side; a gasket including a gasket loop which surrounds the outlet to seal it off on the outer end-facing surface of the end-facing wall; a female joining element featuring an axially extending hollow space; and a male joining element protruding through or from the pump housing or the gasket. The male joining element is in a joining engagement, which can be subjected to axial tensile stress, with the female joining element in the hollow space.
SCREW COMPRESSOR WITH ADJUSTABLE PASSAGE
A screw compressor includes an outlet housing. The outlet housing includes a passage that is configured to communicate compressed fluid from a screw rotor to a discharge. A removable cover plate is configured to cover a portion of the passage. A method of varying a volume index for a screw compressor is also disclosed.
Pump body assembly and assembly method therefor
Provided are a pump body assembly and an assembly method therefor. The pump body assembly includes a first cylinder assembly (10), a second cylinder assembly (20) and a third cylinder assembly (30) sequentially arranged in a vertical direction. At least one of the first cylinder assembly (10), the second cylinder assembly (20) and the third cylinder assembly (30) is provided with a positioning detection portion (40).
Two-piece suction fitting
A suction fitting coupled to a scroll compressor that has an outer housing with an inside diameter and a suction port defined in a wall of the outer housing. A suction duct is disposed inside the outer housing at a spaced distance from the wall of the outer housing. The suction duct defines an entrance port aligned with the suction port. The suction fitting includes a first member being generally cylindrical, and a second member being generally cylindrical. The second member is disposed inside the first member with a portion of the second member extending into the outer housing through the suction port, spanning the spaced distance to the suction duct, and coupling with the entrance port of the suction duct. Neither the first member nor the second member includes a suction screen for filtering out solid contaminants in a flow of refrigerant.
Gerotor pump and method for producing same
Gerotor pump comprising an inner gerotor and an outer gerotor and an electric motor in a pump housing, and the outer gerotor is formed integrally with the rotor of the electric motor, wherein magnets are integrated into the outer gerotor, and the rotor is rotatably mounted on a shaft that is fixed on one side to a housing or a housing base of the pump housing.
3-DIMENSIONAL PUMP ROTOR PROFILE
An example apparatus includes an outer rotor having a first axial face and a second axial face opposite the first axial face, wherein the first axial face comprises a circumferential contour defining a plurality of lobe faces, and wherein the second axial face comprises a transformed circumferential contour defining a corresponding plurality of lobe faces, where the transformed circumferential contour comprises at least one of a scale transformation of the circumferential contour or a rotational transformation of the circumferential contour; and an inner rotor configured to rotate eccentrically within the outer rotor, thereby forming a gerotor element for a fluid pump.
