Scroll vacuum pump and method of maintenance including replacing a tip seal of a scroll vacuum pump
A scroll pump has a tip seal between an axial end of the scroll blade of one of stationary and orbiting plate scrolls of the pump and the plate of the other of the stationary plate and orbiting plate scrolls. The scroll pump may have a ballast gas supply system and use the operation of the ballast gas supply system to assess the condition of the tip seal. Alternatively, the scroll pump may have two pressure sensors that sense pressure at two locations spaced along a compression mechanism of the pump to assess the condition of the tip seal.
Pendulum oil pump
A pendulum pump includes a housing, a cover positioned on the housing and forming a cavity therebetween, an inner rotor and an outer rotor positioned within the cavity, wherein the inner rotor is connected via a plurality of pendulums to the outer rotor, and the pendulums are mounted to the outer rotor in an articulated manner such that a rotational eccentricity can be imparted between the inner rotor and the outer rotor to control a flow rate of the pendulum pump, and a protective plate positioned within the cavity and against a surface of one of the housing and the cover.
ROTARY PISTON PUMP HAVING A FILTER
A rotary piston pump, in particular a claw pump, includes a housing which, when placed in a customary manner, has a housing inlet in a housing upper side. In order to further improve a rotary piston pump in a beneficial way, the housing inlet is connected to a gas channel that is integrated in the housing and extends transversely to a rotational axis of the piston, which gas channel creates a flow connection to a gas outlet of a filter part arranged in a filter receptacle. In the installed state, the filter part is accessible from a side perpendicular to the housing upper side, for maintenance purposes, for example.
LUBRICANT RECEPTACLE
A lubricant receptacle for a vacuum pump is provided. The lubricant receptacle comprises a lubricant reservoir, a lubricant separator and an exhaust. A first gas connection is provided between a gas outlet of the lubricant reservoir and a gas inlet of the lubricant separator. For connecting a gas inlet of the lubricant reservoir with the vacuum pump, a second gas connection is provided, while a first lubricant connection is provided for connecting a lubricant outlet of the lubricant reservoir with the vacuum pump. Further, another lubricant connection is provided between a lubricant outlet of the lubricant separator and the lubricant outlet of the lubricant reservoir and/or an additional lubricant connection for connecting the lubricant outlet of the lubricant separator with the vacuum pump is provided. At least one of the gas connections and one of the lubricant connections is selectively coupleable. Furthermore, a vacuum pump system having such a lubricant receptacle and a vacuum pump is provided.

Hydraulic motor subassembly kit with carrier
A carrier for a motor subassembly of a hydraulic motor is provided that enables multiple components of the motor subassembly to be temporarily bundled into a compact and easy-to-transport motor subassembly kit. The carrier is a non-hydraulically-functioning member that is configured to have one or more features that mimic a corresponding one or more features of a hydraulically-functioning motor housing to which motor subassembly is intended to be coupled for forming the hydraulic motor. The carrier may have a body with a recessed portion that is configured to receive and/or enclose one or more components of the motor subassembly, and which may cooperate with the one or more motor subassembly components to temporarily secure and bundle the motor subassembly as a compact kit, thereby facilitating transportation and handling of the subassembly components.
