COMPRESSOR

A compressor includes a casing having a cylindrical barrel, a compression mechanism, and an electric motor. The electric motor has a tubular stator, and a rotor disposed inside the stator. The stator has a back yoke forming an outer peripheral portion of the stator, a plurality of teeth extending radially inward, and slots. A fluid passage extends between an outer peripheral surface of the stator and an inner peripheral surface of the barrel. The fluid passage has a plurality of wide portions arranged in a circumferential direction of the stator, and a narrow portion provided between adjacent ones of the wide portions. The narrow portion has a smaller radial width than each of the wide portions. Each wide portion is provided in the outer peripheral surface of the stator and between a core cut having a recessed groove shape between the slots and the inner peripheral surface of the barrel.

Electric compressor with oil separator and oil separator for use in an electrical compressor

An electric compressor includes a housing, refrigerant inlet port, a refrigerant outlet port, an inverter section, a motor section, a compression device and a front cover. The housing defines an intake volume and a discharge volume. The refrigerant inlet port is coupled to the housing and is configured to introduce the refrigerant to the intake volume. The compression device is a scroll-type compression device configured to compress the refrigerant. The refrigerant outlet port is coupled to the housing and is configured to allow compressed refrigerant to exit the scroll-type electric compressor from the discharge volume.

Rotary compressor and rotation mechanism

A rotary compressor, comprising: a housing, comprising a lubricant oil storage part for containing lubricating oil; a compression mechanism disposed in the housing; a driving mechanism driving the compression mechanism, the driving mechanism comprising a rotation shaft, through-holes extending along the axial direction of the rotating shaft are disposed inside the rotating shaft, and the rotation shaft is in fluid connection with the lubricating oil storage part via the through-holes; and an oil level sensor in fluid connection with the through-holes inside the rotation shaft via a pressurized collection channel. Also disclosed is a rotation mechanism, comprising an oil level sensor in fluid connection with the through-holes inside the rotation shaft via the pressurized collection channel. Accurate and reliable detection of the lubricating oil in a compressor can be done using the pressurized collection channel and the oil level sensor, thus greatly saving cost and improving compressor reliability.

Oil-free water-injected screw air compressor

An oil-free water-injected screw air compressor comprises a housing that encloses two rotors for generating compressed air, and an air water separator for separating the water from the compressed air. Water injection can effectively cool a compressor, and some embodiments provide a sealing system for isolation of compressor bearing lubricant from water used for cooling.

Automatic oil level retention system for compressor and method for controlling same

An automatic oil level retention system for a compressor and a method for controlling a same, including: a normal oil return mode and an auxiliary oil return mode. When a lubricating oil liquid level monitored by a liquid level detection unit in real time is above a required liquid level height, the system initiates only the normal oil return mode; and when the lubricating oil liquid level monitored by the liquid level detection unit in real time is below the required liquid level height, the system initiates the auxiliary oil return mode, and the auxiliary oil return mode is closed and the normal oil return mode is initiated after the lubricating oil liquid level monitored in real time is lifted above the required liquid level height.

A scroll type compressor includes an orbiting scroll including an orbiting wrap and a fixed scroll including a fixed wrap, in which first and second oil channels are respectively configured to supply oil to inner and outer oil channels formed by the orbiting wrap and the fixed wrap. Thus, the scroll type compressor has an oil channel structure that allows oil feeding into to the scrolls.

Compressor oil management system

A compressor includes a compression mechanism and a driveshaft that drives the compression mechanism. The driveshaft may include a first axially extending passage, a second axially extending passage, and a lubricant distribution passage. The first and second axially extending passages may be radially offset from each other and may intersect each other at an overlap region. The first and second axially extending passages are in fluid communication with each other at the overlap region. The lubricant distribution passage may extend from the first axially extending passage through an outer diametrical surface of the driveshaft. The lubricant distribution passage may be disposed at a first axial distance from a first axial end of the driveshaft. A first axial end of the overlap region may be disposed at a second axial distance from the first axial end of the driveshaft. The first axial distance may be greater than the second axial distance.
